Thank you for your question.

Could provide the exact campaign type (advertising_channel_type) or sub type 
(advertising_channel_sub_type) of the UAC campaign you are referring to? I 
asked because for app campaigns, you will need to create an ad (AppAdInfo, 
AppEngagementAdInfo) where you can associate your assets to.

You may also note that the ad_group_ad_asset_view focuses on the link between 
an AdGroupAd and an Asset, that's is why ad_id is included sa resource name, 
and the ad's ID should then represent the ad_id in your concern.

supported through Google Ads API. Our team is already aware of this feature

How can I get UAC Campaign with Asset data?

Campaign. I would like to crawl data split to Asset data with 2 important 
metrics:

   - Install
   - In-app action

As I check on your documents, I couldn't find any info that make me do that

Bug fixed, the image size is over 150kb, so I have to resize it smaller 
than 150kb, for now everything works well.

I create uac campaigns using google ads api v2. I found that some of 
assets may cause the create_ad failed with message below.

And I query the detail info of the failed-asset, the image url of the 
asset is OK, no error or weird stuff found. Could anyone to help me? Thx.

How to get CPI(cost per install) for UAC with Ads API?  The 
metrics.cost_micros can not be selected together with 
segments.conversion_action_name or segments.conversion_action_category. 
Should I query campaign cost_micros first, then query install numbers? This 
is not very convenient.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. As explained here, UAC reporting is not currently 
available at the ad group level which is why you can't see the ad group target 
cpa. You have to get UAC attributes from the campaign level.

UAC Campaign

I have been trying to fetch the data for UAC campaigns while fetching that 
I'm unable to get the target_cpa.
Whereas, I can see the value of target_cpa in the UI.

I tried with adding the target_cpa in the query but didn't work.
Below is the query for reference:

Hi Sama,

Thank you for reaching out. In Adwords, if you would like to add YouTube video 
to UAC campaign, you need to manually set the campaign's YouTube Video assets 
through the Google Ads UI. If you already have YouTube Video assets in the 
Google Ads UI, you will be able use the MediaService.get() to retrieve the 
MediaId of the youtubeMedia. Then you could use the CampaignService.mutate() to 
create a UAC campaign with the setting as UniversalAppCampaignSetting including 
the youtubeVideoMediaIds. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

get the metrics of my uac campaigns assets.
But I couldn't get any results I want, I only got null result
If you don't mind, can you check my campaign?

how can I get performace data(report) of UAC campaign "assets" through 
adwords api or ads api?
data some like： 
"click_through_rate", "clicks", "cost", "cost_per_click", "impressions"

Is there any api I can use to get the data? 

if I can, please let me know how can I use

Based on the details shared, it looks like the Policy violation is specific 
to application 
. The 
UniversalAppCampaignAsset setting type COMBINATION indicates that it is a 
combination of different assets. Please refer to this guide 

 for 
more information. The PolicyTopicEntryType PROHIBITED indicates that the 
asset will never be served. 

Could you please share the complete SOAP request and response logs, so I 
can take a closer look? You can reply back via *Reply privately to author*
 option.

You can use different reports to pull these details for UAC campaigns. 
Please check this guide

all the supported report types. You can also use CampaignService.get()

pull the specific details. You will need to select the Campaign Settings

UAC campaigns to pull these details. You may refer to the code snippets 
available here 
 as 
a reference. Code sample to get campaigns is available in Java here

How to upload gif files to uac campaign?

Dear Google API team,

My name is Ramon and I work as a Google Adwords Media Buyer for a company.

I have successfully upload a gif file to google server and get the image 
id, but whenever I try to add it to a uac camapign, the 
[SettingError.MEDIA_INCOMPATIBLE_FOR_UNIVERSAL_APP_CAMPAIGN] always occurs.

So API really does not support this move? Or did I miss something 
important? Thanks very much.
