I still have a couple CTMs I need to check, and some APs with

It's important to note when you attach the duplexors to the radio that
you are tightening both SMA connectors at the same time.
They warn about damage than can occur if you tighten them down one at a
time.

Make sure you don’t have a mixup between SMA and RPSMA
connectors.  I did that once, I assumed everything was RP and got
an antenna with regular SMA connectors on it.  Had to buy
different coax cables.  Signal was trying to jump the air gap
between two female inner connectors.

The TX power is correct.

We'll double check the tightness but the techs said they didn't
see an issue when installed.

It is possible the leads are switched at one end, however you are
correct Chuck that UBNT claims that doesn't matter with this radio.

Is anyone sure the Dragonwave dishes actually work with two
polarities at once?  I believe the literature says single pol.  I
know they are dual pol in that you can connect a Dragonwave either
horizontally or vertically on the back of the dish but can you use
two polarities at once?

There are other mechanical things I hate about the product, like the

getting covered over with plastic.  Or the occasional feedtube that
doesn't quite want to latch into place.  Or how much work it is to
convert them to mount on the left side of the pole.  But the stupid
cover with the cable gland is an annoyance every single time.
