Wifi calling will always prefer wifi over lte so not sure why you see that
behavior.

You can always turn cellular off and keep wifi on to force wifi calling.

The calls started after we upgraded Wimax to LTE, so we suspect it is something
in our LTE setup.

Someone suggested we try DMZ, we are giving that a try.

Double NAT VZW wifi calling is working for me pretty regularly. It's had quite
a lot of improvements over the last few years, but it's good enough that I can
say it "works OK". My primary complaint is that if I have 1x 1 bar and it
thinks there is connectivity, it won't even bother with WiFi calling. It'll
just fail in attempting the mobile network.

Are 100% of your customers on Telrad having this problem and 0% errors
elsewhere? Are you certain it's limited to Telrad?

Double NAT VZW wifi calling is working for me pretty regularly. It's had
quite a lot of improvements over the last few years, but it's good enough
that I can say it "works OK". My primary complaint is that if I have 1x 1

In my experience, Verizon WiFi calling gets broken from (1)
Double NAT, and (2) fragmented packets.
