I have never used it at a reserved seating theater. Basically you pay $10 a
month and they pay whatever the full ticket price is. Wether that is a $5
matinee out a full price $9 Friday night movie.

So this is basically a "seat filler" app? They are taking advantage of

I had to wait for the card as there is only one theater here that accepts an
app scan.
So the main limitations are:
1. Can only see one movie per day
2. 2d regular only
3. Must be within 100 yards of the theater to reserve seats

I had to wait for the card as there is only one theater here that accepts an
app scan.
  So the main limitations are:
  1. Can only see one movie per day
  2. 2d regular only
  3. Must be within 100 yards of the theater to reserve seats

2018-01-07 Thread Chuck McCown
That is good for me. I really dislike 3D movies. They are always too dark,
don't work well with my glasses and are of no value to my
non-stereoscopic/binocular wife.

(She has two working eyes, they just don't have any overlapping focal
distances. We were playing beach ball volleyball at church once, she is
horrible with no depth perception. I suggested everyone close one eye to
level the playing field. For the first time she was the best athlete on the
court. It was fun watching so many people taking a swat at a ball that was
a foot farther away than they thought.)
