Yep it does it all.  I don't have it plugged into a cellular network.  But I 
think even some of them support you dialing into them with a modem.It has 
failover to cellular and you can use dyndns if I recall.

If I recall it spins up an instance you can log into once you sign up.

Those look very nice.  Hard to believe we are still using serial ports though.  
Even Cisco gear for some time now has had USB console ports.

Once they stopped putting serial ports on laptops, I always dreaded dragging

up on eBay quite inexpensive.
