Uh, no. This is *not* B Nomic.

I didn't think it would work, but I figured it was worth a shot.

I don't think such timed actions work in Agora. B used to have them,
and they caused all sorts of problems there, but that precise a timing
wouldn't have worked in B even when the rule existed, and it has since
been repealed there.

Those coins are still held by the RBoA.

I believe this is 6, for ^15, leaving you with ^3

The AFO withdraws as many VP as possible.

As ehird pointed out, the AFO is not a Comrade so it can't receive
coins, so this is 0.

Set the Exchange Rate for every currency to 0.

Deposit all assets held by the Bank except Coins in the People's Bank of

Distribute all coins held by the Bank to the holders of Chits,
 proportionally to their Chit holdings.
 }}

 I RBoA-deposit 16 2 crops.

 I resolve the above motion.

 votes were:
 Approved:
 ehird (3 chits)
 Wooble (2410 chits)
 total: 2413 chits

 Disapproved:
 Taral (2223 chits)
 OscarMeyr (48 chits)
 total: 2271 chits

 The motion carries.

The RBoA deposits in the PBA:
 16 2 crops (+ ^792)
 8 8 crops (+ ^60)
 25 9 crops (+ ^66)
 12 X crops (+ ^594)
 56 vote points (+ ^15)

leaving the RBoA with 1704 coins

There are 11167 Chits outstanding, which means that each holds of
chits should receive 1 coin for each ~6.55 chits e holds. This works
