Re: [Ai] Kindle for PC
Hi, The kindle for PC doesn't really have a serial number. However, every Kindle book does. Every bpook has a unique serial number & the utilities to bypass Kindle restrictions use this serial number todecrypt the book. Once decrypted, the book can be converted to alternate formats etc. hope that helps. Hi Aruni, In addition to installing Kindle for PC, you also need to install the accessibility plug-in. That makes the program a little more accessible. I use Jaws17, and recently discovered that support for reading Kindle books with Eloquence was introduced in Jaws18. Cannot understand what you mean by Kindle serial number. What you need to register Kindle app of PC to your kindle account is your mail ID or phone number associated with your amazon account and the amazon password. You could try logging in to this account on amazon web site and use forgot password feature to re-set your account password. Use this changed password on the kindle for PC application to get access to the books that you have purchased from Amazon Kindle.
