[all-audio] Recommendations for Music Keyboard
I'm interested in learning to play keyboards with some friends who are learning to play music together as a group. Can anyone recommend a good set of keyboards that is accessible for totally blind players? John -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group. Re: [all-audio] IOS Voice Memos App
Points taken. Thankfully with the Zoom F8N you can connect a number of independent power supplies apart from the battery of the IOS device or the batteries of the recorder itself if it indeed is using any. The power supply arrangement is quite complex and very flexible. The Zoom F8N can be configured to run from any voltage between 9 and 18 volts so this means that the recorder can be run from a very wide range of power sources and battery packs. Further to this the recorder can shutdown when the voltage falls below a certain level or switch to an alternate power source. An example of this perhaps would be when the batteries themselves get low, the recorder can switch to a custom made battery backup. -Original Message- From: all-audio@groups.io On Behalf Of Hamit Campos Sent: Sunday, 20 January 2019 9:13 AM To: all-audio@groups.io Subject: Re: [all-audio] IOS Voice Memos App Yeah either that or actually what I believe and no offence to anyone that does use the IPhone for real work, they may expect that musicians and whom ever else would use the IPad for true production and serious work. I don't think so with the battery thing because the H6 uses it's own. The choice for the IPad is called stereo mix IPad battery. Any of the H6's choices that end with battery mean that it'll use it's own batteries. I wish there were a way to put an external battry between the IPhone or IPad and the H6. You can power the H6 with those power bank things to recharge your IPhone. I’m wondering what do you want to convert these files for in the first place? They play just fine with iTunes or your IOS devices right. [all-audio] podcasting software, Anchor
I was listening to a podcast and a guy recommended an app called, Anchor. It is free and I don't know if it is accessable. He was using it in a truck and the sound was good. I've tried intuition and Google, but I'm getting nowhere. I know to start with control-r and to select disc with alt-d. I know that VLC recognizes the CD I have in that drive. However, I can't get any results. One time I accidentally recorded two tracks with VLC, but even though they were somehow saved as .WAV files and VLC is my default .WAV app, there's no sound. By contrast, when I just play the CD with VLC, the sound is fine. Although I somehow got two.WAV files using VLC, a feat I've never repeated, the only file type options I find as I go through the rip dialog are ones I don't recognize. I'll mention that I have Windows Media player set to rip CDs, but I close that program when I want VLC to do the job. Could it be interfering anyway? I'm not looking for another ripping program. WMP is okay, but the sound quality of .WMA files is less than I want. Since VLC plays CDs with such clarity, I'm hoping that using it for ripping will bring better results. Thanks for any instructions or tips. >>> >>> >>> >>> >> >> >> >> > > > > -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group. [all-audio] Vlc on Ios problems loading network library.
Hi! I have a harddisk connected to My router and on that one i have a partition for a lot of radio programs i’ve recorded. Now i want to play them via vlc on my Ipad mini 4. So i open up vlc sidebar and double-tap on the local network and then on the network where the disk is connected. I now have a list of servers and one of them is the harddisk as a smb server. I tap on that one and now have to enter my Credencials for that harddisk. I type my name and password but there’s also a port field and a workgroup field which i don’t care about as i don’t have any specific workgroup and i don’t know the port for smb. Now i click connect and here are two partitions. One which is a backup partition and is not of intrest here. The other partition is the one i want so i click on that to and now vlc seems to be stuck in a loop. I can only see an in progress message on the screen so i don’t know if it is trying to access the drive or is just stuck. Any sollution for this one? /A -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
