Howard: Thanks for the tip; many of the one program I record have actually been moved off to an external drive, so I haven't lost a good many of that particular show; the problem is that I can't get Tapin Radio to even start without crashing! So it would seem that something is mightily wrong; I've written to their support address again,, but it would seem that my pleas for help are falling on deaf ears as I'm not hearing back! The bug is not a browser issue but an issue that affects apps. And may not be the issue you are having. However, touch cursor is shift + minus on the numpad and PC cursor is hitting minus again twice to toggle it back off. I often use the Touch cursor to move around as well as the Scan cursor. But that is a discussion for a different list on a different day. When you encounter the issue in tappin, try activating the touch cursor and then going back to the PC cursor. I have Jaws 2023 and the paid version of Tappin. Hello JM and list: I never really learned how to deal with restore points (if someone could walk me through it, I'd certainly be willing to try) right now, Tapin Radio has been rendered "useless" for now...unless I can find a way to get it to work; I have even wondered if that was a legit update...although it did come via the Tapin Radio program (or was supposed to have) anyhow right now, all it will do is to crash immediately after I launch it; then it'll give me that dialog that I spoke of!
