Create an issue (you must be logged in) for the lingucomponent project asking
the developers to include support for spell checking in your locale (ln_CD) and
supply the modified wordlist and affix file. You must also include a README.txt
file that specifies the author; original ispell author, if any; the specific
language and locale supported; and the license you are releasing your dictionary
under (GPL Public License 2.0).

I agree with Moyogo concerning 'ccmp', 'calt', 'mark' and 'mkmk'. It makes no
sense to write or read a text in a language when several caracters are replaced
by '?' or squares.

The decret of former president Kabila to creat congolese franc in 1997:
http://www.bcc.cd/monai2a.htm (Central bank of Congo) officially it's "FC" for
franc and "c" for centimes. But this is french. for lingala there is probably no
decret, because only a national language.
