Just the normal thing that it seems everyone does and update it every couple
of weeks to put it back at the top of the just in category.

Keep a close Eye on errors.   If you get a couple reports of FC's or 1 bad

Yes, I had this same problem.  I was getting an FC only when launching
the app from the Market.  I was checking for the presence of
CATEGORY_LAUNCHER which is not used by the Market App.  You just never
know what will hit you.
