Re: ARSystem in HTML.

2019-03-06 Thread Jason Miller
It still mostly works. We run it against our dev (ITSM) environment every
night. I think there are a handful of things such as Associations that have
been added since the last ARInside update. I wonder how hierarchical groups
look and if any updates need to be make to support those?

Something else that might be cool, now with Mid Tier in Centralize
Configuration, even some MT details could be documented. Oh, same with
documenting plugin details since those can be centrally managed now also.
Granted neither of these are AR "definition" related.

What doesn't work is relationships with objects ending in __c (or maybe it
is just forms ending in __c, I forget). That makes it fairly useless for
custom shops that do not go out of their way to remove __c from custom
object names. This was a real bummer at my last shop where I built a custom
ITSM suite from the ground up and did not fight the default naming
convention.

Hi,

Nothing much has happened with the definitions since ARInside was updated the

Good morning AR List.

I had a tool a while back that would generate HTML of my AR System, all the
filters, escalations, activelinks and where they lead to in a nice website.

Anyone have an idea of the name of this tool. It was free.

Axton seems to have difficulty keeping the site up, probably because he
left Remedy many years ago and doesn't use it regularly himself. Each time
I'm made aware that it's down, I notify him and it comes back up for awhile
:)

Hi,

I presume you are talking about ARInside.

I know that LJ contributed to the project, and might know the correct
GIT-repository as the website http://arinside.org seems to be down...

I have a recent copy if you need that.
