If your network folks track things for security they may have what you need even if ARSystem doesn't. Same with mid-tier logging. If you need to do it retroactively, couldn't you use the AR System User Preferences form's Modified Date? I'm not entirely sure if it would work 100% of the time but I would investigate that as an option. Howard, To the best of my knowledge, this information is not stored OOTB. I have workflow that keeps that information updated for me. There is the License Tracking feature (Configuration tab of Server Information).
