Re: Last login time for a user

If your network folks track things for security they may have what you need
even if ARSystem doesn't. Same with mid-tier logging.

All, I hope this day finds everyone well.

I had a request to find the last login time for all of the users on my ITSM
7.6.4 system. However, we do not have user logging enabled.

Any idea where that data might be kept?

Thanks,

Howard

Hi,

But you still need License Tracking turned on in order to track things. The
user log shows READ, RESTRICTED READ and FLOATING READ users which the License
Tracking does not.

Ask the Remedy Licensing Experts (Best R.O.I. Award at WWRUG10/11/12/13):
* RRR|License - Not enough Remedy licenses? Save money by optimizing.
* RRR|Log - Performance issues or elusive bugs? Analyze your Remedy logs.
Find these products, and many free tools and utilities, at http://rrr.se.

There is the License Tracking feature (Configuration tab of Server
Information). This will create entries in the AR system Historical
Licensing and AR System Current License Usage forms which could be
 used to track login times.

2015-03-20 Thread Pierson, Shawn
If you need to do it retroactively, couldn't you use the AR System User
Preferences form's Modified Date? I'm not entirely sure if it would work 100%
of the time but I would investigate that as an option.

Thanks,

Howard,
To the best of my knowledge, this information is not stored OOTB. I have
workflow that keeps that information updated for me.
