Hi, I suspect that you still buy Fixed/Named or Floating/Concurrent licenses, and that BMC charges you when you are using more Floating licenses than you have originally signed up for. If you get your user-logs from BCM. Either form-based or the file-based logs, you can still check if you have bought the right mix of licenses and are using them in an optimum way. I have purchased additional self-service license packs and I want to update my system so we can allow for the additional users (non-support staff) to login in to self-service and leverage SRM.
