Do a 'make menuselect' when you install zaptel driver and make sure in
the 'Binary Firmware Package' either ' FIRMWARE-OCT6114-064' or '
FIRMWARE-OCT6114-128' is selected depending on which echo cancellation
module you have. If you are unsure select both.
