Exactly, everything seems to be a matter of either money or ones own personal control these days. Plus, I dont think its relevant to use ones country as a reason for being able or unable to purchase something. Hi ner,I do have NVDA on this machine,it has become my gameing screenreader,sort of. since I only use it for playing either japanese games,and now nerbbs.I gave it a go today,however for whatever reason I am not able to log on to nerbbs again after I logged out. It says wrong password when I type the password which I wrote to sign up,however I am sure its the same password. A reset didnt work either,as I havent gotten a password reset mail yet.Is there something you can do about this?A few of the games that I tryed were nice too,although I wasnt able to connect to trade wars. it gave some error and dropped me back to the game selection screen. Well Iron ox I get some of. The commands are actually simpler than I thought, they just work by capital letters while the a-k across the top are part of the map. @dark I havent played iron ox much, but one thing that I noticed when @Zach told me I should install it was that it was cool how it kind of described the map in worts. Thats kind of a neat touch because from what I can tell, buildings can be placed in multiple areas.Sorry about the disconnect. Ive been having issues with the nt service for the bbs, so I switched to the good old standby, the console version. Yay for console. Hi,you may remember me, i used to play swamp quite often from june to november 2012. I play it occasionally now. As i turned Kain hardcore, i created a new character, harafat. Some players might know me as harafat, some probably remember me as Kain. Im the german with the horrible english:DI just read your posts on the last 3 or 4 pages and saw you requested some information about missions.In my opinion, the large whaarehouse is the easiest. It gets hardly ever swarmed badly, even in the 55 bottled water versions.I cant really decide if a strip mall or the processing chemical wharehouse is harder. Both of the missions require you to know what youre doing. The strip mall has 2 relatively safe locations - videos and the phone store - and 2 rediculously dangerous places - candy and shoes - which can kill people pretty fast.The processing chemical wharehouse has also with the towers and the moderating station their more or less safe pla
 ces - tower 4 as the perfect trucksitter tower - but due very many zombies it can be hard to sometimes hear the sound of the crates, especially if its near the fire. The hardest is the small wharehouse as its gets swarmed very fast and there is really no safe location. I soloed all of the high end missions, and the small wharehouse was the hardest for me, as i had to constantly ru or kill zombies with no break. If someone ringed the door and you had to afk for 1 minute you died. Strips arent hard to solo, its only time-consuming, as you have to run through every store. Processings were sometimes hard as i couldnt locate the crate because it was in the fire or i had 60 dires following me around heh. The large wharehouse isnt really dagnerous but also super time-consuming when being solo - thats what makes it so easy in groups, when you can cover every spot, it can be done in 5 minutes with 6 or 7 people who know what theyre doing. That can be said about any mi
 ssion though, but especially in processings or small wharehouses - or in candy/shoes in strips you can be swarmed in seconds.I would like to see a really high end strip mall with 70 or 75 crates and as much zombies on the map as possible I didnt play any defender missions because i dont have the test client, and also didnt team wharehouse.It would also be cool if we could get a cooler reward for snipers or lastmans - right now as everyone is reset and most pepole still lack rep, it might be cool, but however as time passes, we will have millions of rep and dont need another 10k when we can also run a normal mission in that time. May increase the exp reward or have a 30% chance to get a random item when you win? like a browning, a m79, a short bayonet or apronic leggings - it could be everything except ammo, as ammo is so easy to get heh.It would be also cool if 
 we were able to kill reiders. When they die, they should load also some random item - and they should be hard to kill, especially as they can shot you:).I would also like to see some waist armor - what about some armor which increases your melee skills somehow, like making the axe swing faster or giving an even higher chance to block something with the riot shield. An armor which greatly increases reloading speed of the sniper would also be super awesomeCould you maybe consider handing me the link to the testing client? I havent played the Stripmall missions since the zombie AI was last updated, but IIRC, shoes was really safe if you went in the back, cleaned it out with quiet weapons, then no one else came by to stir up the swarm. I could pace within a couple tiles of the front door and itd be rare that a zombie would poke its head in.Candy was similar, but getting in and out of there took skill.Yeah, I liked the special weapon skills that werent all about damage; the Sniper reload/stealth skills, the chainsaw block rate, the increased axe speed, etc. I can imagine why they were removed, but they were still pretty cool.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=165569#p165569

Definitely go through Tutorial Mode.Something to be pointed out about those having trouble with Marie, her page on the Skullgirls wiki gives great descriptions of her various attacks and her three stages. This wiki is good to use for reading up on the other characters as well; however, do not read the story sections if you want to remain spoiler free.Story Mode is definitely worth it. So what this clown does is just stay at level 40 (the cut off for the gold tournament) and can reach 5,000+ points by battling in just a few days, where as most everyone else is struggling to reach 1,000+-. This is a serious and unfair advantage to the rest of the players. It makes it impossible for the rest of us to keep up unless we just keep purchasing food during battling and even then it would cost us tons of real money to keep filling up our food reserve,... thats a scam in the gaming industry and just plain morally wrong. Personally, I do not mind supporting games and developers so they can keep developing,
  Im a gamer myself, but to support crooked devs who allow such cheating, in fact they themselves are the ones who supply the unfair advantage, then that I will never support. Games should be fair and balanced to allow anyone with the skill and wisdom etc. to have a chance at winning on the same level as anyone else, but that is not true with this game solara. I have worked out all the angles for this, and it would take up so much space to explain all the details, but the basics are here in black and white, and I would be more than glad to share the detailed specifics. Just take a look at the player Shawns place that player just stays at level 40 with around 1500 food storage(impossible for me to even come close to due to above stated restrictions on me at the same level, WTF) and I have watched the cheater climb the tournament ladder , to second place over all now, by winning every time, by huge margins. I did report it to the devs and explained my side, and 
 now the clown just keeps the score closer to the second place person, but doesnt let them get too close. I even asked if it was actually the dev s player, they did not respond back. I was polite but honest and factual, and again, they just do not respond. So whether you have a relationship with the devs on any level, I am just reporting facts and findings to you on your site here to keep gaming honest and fun and balanced as it should and was created to be. The idea of gold to level isnt so absurd as all that in terms of realism: youre getting better, you have to get better somehow, and so pay for someone to teach you with money. Sort of. I mean, on Alter Aeon, we might as well picture it as beams of light coming down from heaven, striking your character with divine power. That said, beams of light from heaven instead of gold does make for a more fun game, at least if it is level-only for the most part. Gold can serve as an important check in games based on only skill progression, so Im not going to rule it out there.I dont remember spellbooks being so bad. No need to make it take time, but its not too terrible unless Im misremembering.LP isnt where its at anymore, I think. The newer bases like Evenia are probably where were headed. LP is this strange scripting language from long ago, and people have lost or not yeet managed to

The currently existing LP muds can be good, but a lot of them fall into the share qinfo and die category while also falling into the guess the syntax category, and mud admins do not seem to realize that this is *not* a fun combo. For new muds, youre probably going to end up having to read the driver source at some point, too (but not early on).Also, this probably belongs in general game discussion, seeing how sloths been out for 10 years at least. The way I understand it is that new releases is for both actual new releases and new discoveries. So basically if it hasnt been posted about, its ok to throw up a topic here.On the diku subject, that is not true at all. There are a few good diku muds out there. Yes a lot of them are just clones, but there are some like otherworld and 4Dimensions that have a lot of modifications and some great mechanics. You cant judge a book by its cover, and you cant judge a mud strictly by its codebase.As for realism, yes sloth mud has more realism than some muds, even paying for a room at an inn is realistic. Hi there,Sorry for keeping quiet all this time.There is a chance I might possibly update RTR again, however I have a few new projects in the works, both desktop as well as mobile projects (One of which will be released tonight!  )The possibility of playing RTR offline does exist, however, there are no offline players to play with at the moment. This is due to a HUGE code rewrite I did ages ago.Both people dying at the same time is simply a matter of network lag. The way I tried to bypass lag is by having client prediction combined with server control. However, there simply is not a perfect way to do this.The problem with having a central server at the moment is that I simply cannot aford running a computer all day and night at my house, especially seeing that Im hardly at home anyway. Life is busy. XPThere is a server available for UNIX,
  and if requested enough, I will post it. Ive been trying to write several temporary fixes for it, as the network code seems to have cross-platform issues, and seeing that this is a server program, its kind of a big deal. LOLUnless Aprone seems generous enough to let me host a server on his box, the one that also runs Swamp.Network usage with RTR shall not even be mentioned. With an active server of around 8 players, it hardly uses up a kilobyte per second (I tried to keep it as low as I could so I could also still play on throttled 3G.)Sorry if I missed any posts - Im just rushing through to see what Ive missed. It works fine for me, but it is possible that you arent centered with the bomb.But yes, to beat the boss you definitely want to get rid of the bombs.I made him a bit harder to kill in the my music, although with the proper stat configurations you can still kill him before you die. That involves having lots of hp so that a bomb exploding doesnt kill you or involves you hitting the button so fast your finger falls off.If you play another audio game with alt remapped, e.g. q9, does that work? The progress.ini file should have no effect on your online play. It tracks things like how long youve played, and some character details, but erasing it is actually the way to fix some problems. If you go to the user list, found on the main menu either in the blind shell or the standard shell, you will find your user number. Mine is user 1. If your user name is long like @staindaddict, you can log in with your user number. His is 63. So he can either type in his user name, anyone can, or type in 63 for login and then enter in your password. What you do in the next few days really wont mater as with Barren Realms Elite and Falcons Eye, you have protection turns which will overlap the reset day of 21 February so play around andsee what you think of the games. On the 21st the game will reset and then there will be a three day period where basically peo
 le can decide within the leagues which system to join the game. This really doesnt apply to us because, at this point, we may not fill our slots too quickly, but if ou want a spot, sign on in that three day period so you can get started building at that point when the real game starts. I think you get about 10 days or 200 turns of protection in the Barren Realms Elite games, and a bit less on Falcons Eye. To recap, BRE is the game where you are trying to basically reconstruct after an apocalypse, and Falcons Eye is the medieval magic game. Both rely on strategy. In these league games, the goal is to band together on the NER BBS to try to compete among the 24 other systems, most of which will have 6 players. I only signed up fr three games because I wanted to keep it small, but if we need to, we can sign up for more if we need slots. Right now, we should just got used to the game. Hi folks,Ive been cleaning out the desktop here for a few days now, but I seem to have removed some component for NVDA. I believe I removed something to do with a Windows-based application, because Ive attempted to reinstall NVDA two or three times.The problem that persists is a message indicating that NVDA Remote Helper or an application with those words rearranged has stopped working. You know, that ordinary Windows jazz that says somethings not running.Im getting another error for Windows that comes up only when NVDA is on to my knowledge. Nevertheless, it causes NVDA to crash, and not respond. Or at least, the synthesizer refuses to respond, and is delayed. I have to close any of the error messages to proceed.Is this an OS issue, or an NVDA issue?Like I said, I may have removed a component in the app data folder or the registry whilest trying to clean out a lot of programs, but
