Ah, thanks Hanif, unfortunately, or, uhm, let me say: its not that good because I saw its videos and, hmmm, really, I dont know how we going to track a player or an opponent, and the story modes cutscenes is to short, this makes you hate playing the story mode, I really didnt like the game from the start, but I liked to hear peoples opinions here, thank you Hanif, this is the most important thing about the game I was searching for, the auto tracker as in the previous Dragon Ball Z games, no auto tracker? hello allthis idea for a mod grately interests me and i have experience in making maps and campaigns for soundrts.I think it is highly possible.Currently i am working on a modern map for soundrts which replaces your footman and stuff with tanks, missile launchers, etc.Therefore once i have completed and released that map id be morethan willing to offer my assistants in creating this idea and bringing it to reality.Off the top of my head i can think of a few ways to encorpirate certain aspects of starwars sutch as storm troopers. Jedi could be a little more difficult because of the ranks of jedi, aprentice knight master etc etc but its deffinately possible.So in conclusion to my rambling, if youre willing to wait a wekk or so, then sure, ill code this for you guys. Itd start out as one map and probably progress into a campaign at a later date if its agreeablelet me know your ideas and thoughtssincerelynathan

Yeah but to use that Unreal example again, the person who developed the colourblind simulator wasnt a AAA producer with tens of thousands of followers, hes an environment artist with 406 followers.There are often one of two ways that people at that level are able to have an impact - some places have 10% time, i.e. youre allowed half a day per week to work on whatever your want, and some run regular internal hack days, i.e. a stretch of a few days for teams to form and work on their own ideas.So its possible for people at any level to influence product direction, it doesnt have to come from the top.I really do think though that there are much better things to aim for than AAA console devs. Easier lower hanging fruit to help accessibility in mainstream gaming become more commonplace, and that in turn leading to more developers again considering it.

Interesting stuff. As for chatting on twitter, there are problems with that too... people like Katsuhiro Harada, for example, the producer of a lot of games at Namko, gets probably thousands of tweets every day... as do similar folks from capcom and Sony, whatever other companies we could probably name. But I do agree, its definitely easier to speak to individual people than to the corporation as a whole... the problem is just that if you want to be heard by said individual without seeing them face to face, especially about blindness and accessibility youre going to have to cut through a lot of read tape for it. One or even ten tweets to a producer or any other exec would be lost among the thousands of other tweets with questions much more easily answered. lol

Agreed again. Hence why I said indie developers would be a better place to start. True that anyone in a company can have possible influence, but of course the higher ups arent quite as guaranteed to listen to them. Skullgirls is a great example of something that works when a developer is receptive, and thats one heck of a stepping stone.

@Giovani, Threeblacknoises explains how to defeat the lord of destruction in post 100, and Hanif explains again in post 126. Twin 92 also made a full recording in post 107, and Sara made one in post 112. I have not killed him yet myself sinse I need to have another go so am not the best person to give advice, but if you go and check those posts you should find what you need to know. This is I think where the missunderstanding happened before sinse people were trying to direct you to these answers.

And we start off 2015 with another monthly chat topic. Chat about life, the universe an everything, games, weather or whatever in a fairly relaxed way. And a happy new year to everyone, hopefully 2015 will be less of a disaster than 2014, though sinse it began with my brother going to hospital on new years eeve after stepping on a rusty nale that is not an auspicious start, - then again it turned out he was fine and didnt need any extra injections etc so I supose that is a win.

Its difficult to explain. If youve never played topspeed before you may not understand the concept, but here goes. When it indicates a turn, that means the aero you must hold down to fight against your board from drifting against the side of the turn. And about the site. Yeah Dark, agreed. The actual problem was that Mason changed his mind 4 or 5 times considering the license so actually if someone bought it and than it became free, I dont know, may be Mason will give him back the money, or not, I actually dont know . But since Mason decided to seriously listen to the community, we can think hell become soon a deducated developper. I dont have any personnal problem with him, but the only thing I want from him now is my ability to publicly share my links. I deleted the concerned UP.zip but nothing. Please Mason dont think Im rude, but I only want that, and Im wishing you prosper and success from all my heart. @Terminator, I actually am! forum administrator, and am site admin for audiogames.net, though Richard Vantol and Sander Huberts are the webmasters of the main site and also have administrator status on the forum, I just run things on a day to day basis. @Roro, I cant speak for any Spanish communities, but I did try to give Arabic necessary warnings, lets hope he takes notice if he decides to return sinse I really do not like! banning members, neither do the other mods and would much rather people got on without it. As to the situation with ultrapower, it sounds like a situation which you and Mason need to sort out between you, like Masons thoughts on pricing the game, which hopefuly will indeed happen now with no further shenanigans.

Ah, thanks Hanif, unfortunately, or, uhm, let me say: its not that good because I saw its videos and, hmmm, really, I dont know how we going to track a player or an opponent, and the story modes cutscenes is to short, this makes you hate playing the story mode, I really didnt like the game from the start, but I liked to hear peoples opinions here, thank you Hanif, this is the most important thing about the game I was searching for, the auto tracker as in the previous Dragon Ball Z games, no auto tracker? Ill not care about this game after today.

Very cool changes though I have yet to test them thoroughly. I cant really see a sizable difference between wasps and mosquitos, Id say wasps should do more damage than mosquitos because wasps are usually more painful than mosquitos than they sting you.I also recommend swapping the names of slaughter troll and war troll. Slaughter troll sounds more menacing IMO so that should be the most powerful one (apart from berserker of course).Other than that... Cant really comment yet! I should get back into this, I havent played in forever.

Hey everyone! Dragon ball is certainly my favorite anime, I owned 7 dragon ball games for ps2 and enjoyed most of them, especially considering that the games had 90 percent of the menus self voiced, the battle mechanics of budokai were simple and a bit repetitive, but I still really enjoyed it. Yesterday, when navigating in some gaming sites, I discover that a new dragon ball is being made and will be available for pic!! I didnt even consider the idea, I went to steam and instantly ordered db xenoverse, itll be coming February 17 for all systems. I hope we can play the storyline, I know there will be inaccessible parts, it looks like you will have to walk around a city when playing online, to find players and quests, but Im still excited and praying to have at least some of that stuff playable. For those interested, Ill be creating a separate topic when the game gets released with menus, possibly some gameplay content, etc.

You can buy japanese psn cards online digitally and they send you the code. all you need is a paypal account and ways to put money into that account. Ive used it to import games many times, some of which either came much later to the US or didnt come at all. My favorite site to use iswww.solarisjapan.comTrust me. Set it up and its worth it. I got Jojos bizarre adventure before it came to the US a year later, bought Gundam extreme vs, and also downloaded Under Night In-birth, a great fighting game that is getting localized three months from now. And I can also get J stars victory vs now rather than having to wait for them to release it here too!

J stars is coming to America, but mr.brunete, you can also import it digitally... just create a Japanese psn account and use NVDA to browse the website the same way you use it with the Japanese games. I have been thinking about getting it, but am really not sure whether its worth it... theres only two player multiplayer when there should be four player, and thats the big downside for me.

Oh thanks a lot mr.brunete for the news and sources, and I really played all the DBZ games, including the PS2 DBZ games, theyre really awesome, especially the DBZ budokai tenkaichi series, and the self voiced in it, so we can access all the menus, all the options and do some awesome stuff.waiting for the new DBZ game, but I wish that its playing ways and its stuff is not like the DBZ Battle of Z game we know now.

Indie developers often dont have the tools, but they can push engine developers about the lack of tools. If every developer who had been frustrated with, for example, Unitys lack of support had actually complained about it / made a feature request, it would have been far more likely to have happened By now.

hi muhammad hajjar.Ive heard some videos that shows the main story mode of the game, I think this one isnt really playable because youll wonder around the battlefield, and you must sometime fly.however, the fighting system is good, its in sterrio.unfortunately, for the exploration part that Ive mentioned previously, there is no auto tracking feature, that basicly will lead you to your objective/opponent or any other items.

heres what you do for youtube-dl:try:youtube-dl -x and whatever url you want, I know it works with playlists, not sure about channelsif youre having issues with ffmpeg, check out winff, its a gui for ffmpegIf Im downloading a playlist of videos that I want to turn into audio, Ill do:youtube-dl and the url of the playlistthen I use winff to convert the video files into audio, I know its a bit clunky but hey, it works...then send those video files to the depths of hades gymsocks...the cool part about winff is that itll install ffmpeg for you, so thats one less thing that you have to do.Finally, winff doesnt just do video to audio, it has presets which let you convert more or less anything to anything media related, wish it could to air to coffee, but thats just me loland to review in command line mode, use your object review in nvda.Btw hope all you guys had

Due to the fact that I have no reg code, I should leave the field with the reg code empty.But, When I want to select a field, I cant do anything in the program. Ive always run with the assumption that engine developers are the people we need to talk to, and who we need to convince that game accessibility is wanted and also viable. Most game devs are right, they just kind of throw their game on top of an engine. I know a guy who wants to make his game accessible, just because hes a friend of mine, but hes indy, and cant afford to start from scratch. Hes developing in Unreal 4, so issues abound re: accessibility.

Heroes cannot save everyone!

Well after enjoying choiceof robots, I decided to get back into playing some more of the choiceofgames, sinse following mecha ace I havent played that many. Ive heard a lot of recommendations for Heros rise, so I bought the trilogy with a mind to play through them. Ive been doing a couple of chapters a day for the past while, although christmas and angel gift and other things got in the way. Well I was finally triumphant. I finished up with an average legend level (it was really high at the start but less so later), which is okay for a first try, though when I bought the guide several choices were things Id have never done, and sinse the guide was only 60 P I dont mind that. However, I had major! trouble saving the game at the end with my e-mail adress, sinse for some odd reason the keyboard on the choiceofgames login decided to set itself to type letters after you took your fingers off the keys not when you double tapped them, whi
 ch was verry weerd, indeed I didnt work out what was going on or why the names were typing wrongly for a while which was frustrating. I believed I typed the right address, however then when I started hero project I was told no saves for that address Well great! I dont now know what I should do, whether Ill need to replay heros rise (and just add all the custom info in again), or not, sinse I dont know how much is carried over. Either way its annoying. On the plus side I did like heros rise, a good story with superheroes and an intreaguing mystery, albeit bits were a little cheesy, still I would like to play the other two. I know the choiceofgames tend to be of a fairly consistant quality, and I do intend to play them all in time, though I wonder about the hosted games, sinse it seems they can vary hugely from awsome things like Zombie exodus to utter drek like land of three classes, still theres a lot o
 f stuff to play, even if I get through both heros rise games (Ive also got last monster master to play which Ive not started yet though I bought it while it was on offer).

I think the game is trying and failing to make an egg and I dont know what to do other than start the game over! Edit 2: Restored to a previous version of my Save file, but after testing (without saving to be on the safe side), it became plain that I cant make an egg. I hope this glitch is fixed soon. I want to breed Eevees and get a Vaporeon that has Water Gun! Is that really too much to ask?

Well it was my brother rather than me, my mum and I ended up at home for a couple of hours. On the plus side we did go to a great new years concert with the Nottingham Philharmonic who did a nice variety of stuff all themed around water. Straus Blue Danube to Vaughn williams fantasia on sea songs and the theme from Sea hawk by Eric Corngold, a historical film from the fifties but a score that sounded awsome, (Ive heard of Corngold before but couldnt place his music). There was also a Baritone who was very accomplished when it came to singing rule britania, less so in Singing in the rain or Moon river sinse the guy thought everything should be sung with full operatic diction. On the plus side we did get a very nice Old langsine with full orchestra even if it was a little early, and even more if we then had to rush my brother off to casualty . So
 , celibrations were quite okay after all, even if I am feeling distinctly dead this morning after being up all night first watching the very good zombie comedy Anime Sanka reya with my brother, then getting a bit lost in the awsome Doctor who audio Legend of the cybermen, which was even better the second time around.

@Terminator, There is no hard and fast rule about how many warnings, its just the case that if you get a warning it means your doing something wrong and should stop doing it. If it seems the same person is being warned about the same thing too many times and clearly isnt going then is the time they might end up getting banned. To be honest though most people are intelligent enough to take warnings seriously, which is why it hasnt been necessary to ban many members. Arabic was warned several times about insulting people, in the topics about Alteraeon, and then a couple of times in the deathmatch topic but he clearly took no notice, hence why he has been banned for two months. Whether he takes notice after that time is up to him if he decides to come back.

Theres a growing conviction among some players that there will be a reset in the near future due to the aforementioned CMM and CTF mission bugs. Aprone, can you shed any light on whether this will in fact happen? As someone whos not cheating and advancing slowly but enjoyably, Id hate to lose all my work, and if its coming, Ill just wait until it happens and start again, rather than wasting a lot of time.

For the record, I havent seen the two bugs with mouse button reporting. That said, I hit the two buttons on the side of my mouse, and Swamp was silent. It reported the left and right buttons just fine, as well as clicking the wheel, but it didnt catch moving the wheel (which I didnt expect it to) or clicking the two buttons on the side (which I thought it would). Its probably a mouse or driver thing, but I thought I mention it.

Interesting article and one that sums up things pretty well. My only beef is that you asume that its easy to get in touch with game developers or engine developers. While this approach work for indie developers such as those of skullgirls, one will have a much harder time talking to big corporations like Namko and Capcom who so often use their own engines as development bases. The PC market is different... because screen readers exist on those interfaces, but to side with the companies who make games primarily for consoles, this would be a far stretch... since thered be no practical way to develop and implement accessibility for an engine designed around console games since there is no screen reader for consoles and likely never will be. lol PC indie developers are the place t start, and hopefully this will lead to something. But talking to the developers of major gaming engine platforms, often large companies, is difficult. NRS and Injustice was a great start, but I

A strange problem with my playroom account

Hello all. For a few days, my account is banned from the server. I was in a holiday and when I come back and try to enter on the account, I received the message that my account was banned. Also I didnt receive any warnings before. In my opinion, this problem sound like moderation abuse and dont know what was wrong. If it was something wrong, I consider that it needed a warning before. I would like to come back again and play on the playroom. I didnt had a bad intention to do something bad.

from what Ive heard about NRS, is that they kind of act like a small studio. They might be owned by Warner, but they seem to work that way. Also, freak, good points. A lot of dev do use custom engines although in many cases theyre heavily modified versions of Unreal. Yeah, as for pc gaming vs consoles, you are entirely correct.
