Hi all,I have created my first publicly released stageset for AAC! Below is the download link:Download the stagesetFiles: 16Total levels: 14Included in this package is 1 bonus round!Compressed file size: 79.9 MB (83,873,792 bytes)Uncompressed file size: 80.0 MB (83,886,080 bytes)Note: The location is a little different then most transitional stages you find these days. Each level has a 10 squares gap between them. For instance, level 1 is at location 10, level 2 at 20, level 3 at 30, etc. There is a bonus round at location 110. Levels 11/14 are at locations 120, 130, 140, and 150 respectively. (Location 150s transition takes you to the final boss battle, and cannot be accessed without doing level 13 first.)Have fun! Hello,I want to write a script that autoexplores an area and categorizes all the mobs and rooms and exits in it. I dont believe I can do it with triggers alone, so I need to do it with scripting...I know python, but I could learn lua. does anyone have any suggestions?

I noticed that listening to very loud sounds can disturb the fluid in the vestibular canal, so you would feel as if you were sinking or tilting. I especially noticed this after my first flight on a et several years ago. Also, if you shake your head quickly the tinnitus sound would increase.

Hi,if you set your speech mode to your screen reader, save the settings and close the game and open it again, the menues will be spoken by your chosen screen reader. At least its that way for me using NVDA.I have a few other problems though.First, when I attack a monster, the game doesnt say how much damage I dealt, though it tells me how much damage I took when I get attacked.Second, I wanted to change the game keys in the game. But how can you map a function to something like shift+f for example? It doesn work, the game only registers the letter and not the shift key.Speaking of game keys, the readme is kind of wrong now, since the numpad keys or the arrow keys dont work anymore, only the letter keys do, for walking and turning etc. Thats why Id like to change the keys myself, but I have the problem with combining keys I just described.Best regardsTikki

hi,tinnitus isnt always caused by hearing loss. I have tinnitus in both ears (more in the right ear). I had my hearing tested due to this and the results were normal. Though I do find moving my head or hearing low pitched loud sounds worsens it during the duration of the sound.

My new set of AAC stages

Hi all,I am currently developing some new stages for AAC that will range from extremely easy to extremely hard. Here is what I have in mind:There will be a lot of levels, with a few bonus rounds to allow you to catch up with yourself if you lost a lot of lives while playing levels before or after it. These rounds may be skipped; they are not required.Levels wont be required to be played before another can be played. Its sort of like a play-what-you-want kind of stage set. The only thing that cannot be played until all other levels are complete is the final boss, which is the hardest level in the list of stages I will create.Thats basically my idea. Im in the process of developing them as we speak. If you have any ideas, comments, or suggestions, just tell me.

Thats okay. I didnt know that either, that is, until I came across some Eloquence text files which had those tags inside them, the ones that are pre-installed when the SAPI4 version is installed are a prime example of this. Some versions, such as the Android and the Eloquence speak window use the grave accents instead of regular backquote tags like the normal screen reader versions do. I do know that it is possible to make NV Speech Player sing because there is a file in the source code that says sing, but I think you need to feed it a midi to get it working.

Theres a rotor setting for languages. You make sure its turned on in the voice over settings, then do the twist with two fingers until it announces language, then just flick up and down to choose your language. There are also rotor settings for rate and volume, though volume only controls the speech volume so its usually best to leave that one maxed out so you dont find VO drowned out by any other sound you might have playing.

Youre very lucky if you can play real showdown. On my Windows xp computer it was working fine, but in win7 the same issues appeard. I think its about poor java support in later versions of Windows.

I had such problems with win speech recongition addon. I think some addons might create similar problems. Reset nvda to complete defaults with addons removed, and try installing addons one by one. That way you can discover the addon thats causing the problem. Also you dont need an addon for skype. Just use it right out of the box. Its accessible enough.

Hi, I have discovered that the language setting does not appear in rotor settings. Go to speech in voiceover settings, tap add language, add one, and the rotor setting will appear. The language setting does not exist in rotor settings.

In the voiceover section, I read the gestures list.In that list, there is a line saying, 2 finger scrub tap: use to dismiss an alert or go back to the previous screen.How does it work? Depends what you want it for and what your standards are. My X12s worked pretty well as a general purpose headset, and at £40 I couldnt complain. The ability to throw in the DSS2 surround sound emulation box in later on was just a bonus, though it probably still wouldnt be up to the standards of an audiophile its pretty good for an average person and really quite affordable.

Hay everyone! Im finally back with a new update for candy Crashers. The nw link is in the first post, however if you looking here and dont want scroll all the way back up to post 1 here is the link again.https://www.sendspace.com/file/or24ouThis version changes a few things. First there is a second story mode unlocked when you have collected all the monster cards. However that might be a problem, because I needed to change the way the game knows what cards you have collected. This means if you collected any cards before this point, you will no longer have them. You also need to complete the game. You will notice the file size is much bigger this time. That is because I added 34 new music files, and at least 1 new sound file to the game. I have now done all I was planning to do with this game. If you find any bugs I will of corse fix those and update the
  game at once, but I will be moving on to other projects. The first of witch is the elementals tournament . Thanks to everyone, and keep an eye out, Ive got more games on the way.

Hey as to the idea of charging, for a game like this damn right you gotta charge. I have only just tried it a little yesterday and not for that long and when I came back it purged my character, dunno if thats intended at this point or not but either way... Where I get pissed is when people charge like 15 bucks for chicken nugget and 30 for VIPMUD. man VIPMUD is not a full featured MUD client and it is damn sure not the only accessible one either. Its when people try to take advantage of the situation and overcharge. But,hey, ya know what, a game is entertainment and you gotta pay for entertainment. Games like Final Fantasy XIV and Eve online and stuff charge. Not only do you have to charge but you do have to make money because you never know what unforeseen cost might crop up. some piece of hardware unexpectedly fails, the servers go down, no money to fix it, when it finally gets fixed, most of the player base is going to migrate away from your game so yes you have to 
 charge.

Specifically, two add-ons are in conflict: Select profiles and objsounds. Remove any one and you should be fine. Personally, I would rid the profiles add-on as this support is now in NVDA. Additionally, Skype 7 support will greatly improve in NVDA 2015.1, due by the end of February 2015.

you can use voice control all right. You need a headset or the playstation camera, you also need to enable the option in settings  system. Its very particular. You need to say the name of the game exactly or it will just do nothing. The word playstation will get it listening. You can then say the name of a game, tell it to go to services like video unlimited, go back to the home screen and switch the system off.

Hi steve, I think you can just drop out audacity and use gold wave, since gold wave can already do things you mention like cutting audio out and many more affects. I Tried audacity and didnt get anything so uninstalled it.

Hi all. Im wanting to put windows on my Mac mini. I just downloaded the eloquence 64 and 86 bundle. Does it happen to have a copy of windows installed inside the.ISO file? Could anyone please help me to figure out the best way to have windows on my mac. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello all,Unfortunately, it looks like Blind Geek Zone is no longer in operation. From what Ive heard, it was getting too costly to run due to the amount of files. Its such a shame as so many tutorials are now lost. I dont know whats going to be happening in regards to hosting.

Sound Forge on Windows is not accessible out of the box, but there are scripts (commercial) which enable accessibility for some functions.The performance is not great, and the scripts (last I checked) were expensive.

Dont know about the magic ball, but I can translate at least. Stage 1 means litterally the insane school, or rediculous school. Not the most elegant translation, but it basically means the school where insane things are happening.Stage 2 is just the mysterious phenomenon.
