Depends on how you entered it. You could try making it all the way acrossed, or go in one direction until it says you can just press shift enter. That's something you gotta be careful of, some of those maps can get really dangerous.

Audio described tracks on DVDs

Thanks to the Blind Mice Movie Vault, I have experienced movies and TV shows with audio description.I'd like to be able to find out if any of the DVDs in my collection have audio tracks with audio description on them. Can anyone tell me the simplest or best way to find out if any of my DVDs have audio description on them?I'll eventually want to rip the tracks with the audio description off the DVD into MP3s so I can listen to them the same way I listen to tracks I've been downloading from the Blind Mice Movie Vault.Other than playing them back before I lost my vision, and using recordable DVDs for data storage, I'm pretty much a DVD beginner.

Several months back I decided that the safest way for me to exercise would be to use some kind of exercise equipment so I could remain stationary while exercising.I did some searching and ran across an article that basically said that there weren't any exercise machine that were designed to be accessible to blind people. So the best choice would be something that doesn't use any electronic controls, or one that uses physical buttons like the treadmills described by a couple of people here.I've thought of getting a treadmill, or an exercise bike, but I wanted something that would exercise both the upper and lower body.After some thought, I've decided to get a rowing machine. There's even rumor of one that can be connected to a computer via USB to get your performance statistics.That would be nice, but not needed as I plan to measure my progress by the number of repetitions I can complete in a given amount of time. Lol Gean, agreed on both points. Actually in Super return of the Jedi for the Snes, which is one of my favourite Starwars games, luke's saber control is one of the most awesome powers sinse you can basically keep the saber moving around with the control pad and anywhere you move it it hits, so keep it on a boss and you murder them in seconds, Jaba goes down like a tonne of bricks to this attack. Then again I still like putting in the cheat code for return of the jedi that lets me play any character on any stage, sinse fighting darth vader with Leya in her bounty hunter disguise complete with awesome staff is great, or better still kicking palpatine's rear with Wicket the Ewok and his surprisingly affective affective and amazingly powerful crossbow, particularly sinse Wicket is so small all of the emperor's lightning misses him . I wonder if the Disn
 ey corp will change their phrase to "when you miss upon a death star" .

I've actually thought I should do a db entry for nerbbs, sinse it has some awesome games kicking around. If the links to the nerbbs instructions for peopleon post xp windows who can't just onnect are going I could link to those, but also I would like more info on the games sinse while some titles like legend of the green dragon, usurper, and some of the other battle games are either rather obvious to play (or in the case of tradewars have extensive documentation), others aren't quite that much. For example Ironox looked pretty awesome from what I could make out, as did land of devastation, but I didn't get too far with those.

hi all, I've installed vocalizer expressive driver 3.0.9 and I have a question.in the previous version of vocalizer expressive, I can change the automatic language switching in the vocalizer expressive menu bar when I press CTRL+N to open the NVDA menu.however, in this new driver that I've installed, which has an ability to use siri voices(US english aaron, and more siri voices like in iPhone), the vocalizer expressive is in the help menu.when I press enter on it, nothing happens.so, how do I change the automatic language switching in the latest vocalizer for NVDA?

Yep Gean, I had a rowing machine at one point and it did a good job, though they can be rather noisey, I suppose I could consider getting one, but one advantage to using two sets of hand weights is that you can exercise different muscle groups of the upper body, not just shoulders and biceps, I also include several stomach crunches too to get the full workout.

I use bgt, am in no way a perfect coder, if you want good for beginners you'll have to go with something in c or based on c. Left brace just helps me a little. So does right brace. Hi Dark, I would to ask you, how you can run in a trampoline? It is small so if you run you will go to the edge of the trampoline and you have to go back and forth to run.For the exercise, after long long researches for the best home gagget to buy, I like very much the rowing machine. It's the only gagget that is used also by agonistic atlete (no agonistic runner will train themself in the treadmill because is easier than the real running). And with rowing you can train 80% of your muscle.

I can tell you right now that you will have serious frustration with Telltale stuff. May as well watch walkthroughs of them, as you'll probably be driven to do so if you get frustrated enough and will be like screw this, i want to know what happens but not willing to spend the hours required for trial and error problems.Injustice, Mortal kombat X, Rock Band 4 I suppose on vocals though the playability has value has gone down a bit without Practice Mode.All of these games I mentioned are playable by totally blind, as I'm totally blind. I've never played saint seiya soldier. The Whitcher 3 is playable if you can get sighted help for navigating, apparently, as is Dead Space.Dead or Alive 5: Last Round is also fun. Can't forget about Blazblue: Chronophantasma Extend either, though that's a sucky entry for those that are new to the series, as the Library isn't accessible, you just read recaps of previous stories in there. It's not li
 ke CS Extend where you can actually play through the major events of CT. Also, CP's story boss is such a pain in the ass that I'd value stereo panning much more when it comes to that fight. Blazblue's sounds may be better than they were before, but I can't tell what's going on as clearly as, say, MKX or even SF 4.Anyhow, I'll look up saint seiya soldier. Can that be playable by totally blind?

So you'd best get out and run away after you've gotten what you need from that mission. In short, though, there's technically no way to get rid of the police.

The new update is finally here!  Eight and a half hours of straight coding this morning... whew!  I'm beat, and I do believe I'm taking the rest of the evening off.  I was Supposed to type something up for someone since I finally had some time to work on the computer, but I didn't get that done and I'm hoping they'll be distracted enough by a Paw Prints update that they'll let it slide.Changes from 0.6e to 0.7- Difficulty settings have been completely rewritten!  Boy oh boy it hurt me to do this, but based on a lot of player feedback, the game was too difficult even on easy.  In many ways, the new normal is the same as the old easiest setting.  In addition, the new easy and easiest settings slightly raise the temperature at the locations and give 10% more insulation to blankets, coats, and furs.- The following positive traits have been added to the game.  Each of your people will be randomly given
  one of these:  + Independent.  Gains morale when all alone at a location.  + Focused.  Does not lose happiness from exposure to corpses, death, or injuries.  + Nurturing.  Will gain more happiness if left with children, the injured or elderly.  + Determined.  Will not become as tired from physical jobs.  + Protective.  Will hold nothing back in a fight to protect everyone.- The following negative traits have been added to the game.  Each of your people will be randomly given one of these:  + Greedy.  Gets more unhappy if not given a full ration.  + Entitled.  Will be more unhappy if someone has something (such as a blanket) they don't.  + Complainer.  If unhappy, will reduce others happiness through they're complaints.  + Clumsy.  Will be more likely to be injured doing hard physical jobs.  + Cowardly.  
 Will not help if the group is attacked.- The religion system has been adjusted to take advantage of the new traits system.- Please be aware that any game saved before this version will no longer load.  The changes made in this version are no longer compatible with older save files.

Sad to report there's a bug with ending your turn where the turn summary menu doesn't show up unless you do it twice. When this happens, some of your people don't do their jobs, and the day moves forward. It's odd. I do like the per-person perk-fault system though, pretty cool

Hi all,Here is a message I'm relaying here that I sent to Failbettergames support, about some tests I performed on different browsers and screen readers. The results are quite surprising. MS Edge seems to be the most accessible with this game as far as reading things and seeing everything on the screen, including the small print that sighted people say are in tooltips.MS Edge is only accessible with NVDA, at least partially, so don't even think about trying it with Jaws. I already tried.Firefox works okay with Jaws with this game, but NVDA you might think there's no text in storylets. Possibly an NVDA specific problem, but that doesn't happen in Edge. My message below explains the rest.Begin Message:Hi,I've been playing FL off and on for several years now, and noticed an accessibility decline as Story Nexus developed. I'm sure it wasn't entirely your fault. Using two different browsers, I get different results,
  but it's still not optimal.I use NVDA, a free, open source screen reader which can be downloaded from:http://www.nvda-project.org.I'm attempting to aquire Jaws for Windows 16, which works with Windows 10. Anyhow, with NVDA, on Mozilla Firefox I have issues where I can't click/press enter on the different tabs like messages, story etc. It'll work when I pres enter on said link I want and press F5 to refresh.Then in the middle of storylets, I can press Go on a choice and the resulting page doesn't come up. I get story, messages, etc and at the end of those links, help, then under that it's as if the storylet did not pop up, instead presenting under help a link to the story to get Murch.On Internet Explore, I can play the game more or less, but not everything shows up the way it should. Stats are labeled with alt tags of the URLs to images. Sure, I can read the information, but 
 not before being subjected to a lot of junk first. Then, there are places where it outright skips information, but I'll explain that when I explain what happens with Microsoft Edge, Microsoft's newest browser.When I log into FL using Edge, surprisingly I can read the stats with some degree of clarity. There are some areas where NVDA says "list" in some places, but accessibility with this browser is still being worked on by Microsoft and NVDA. Despite this, I was able to clearly read the stats information.Then, when I was on a Storylet, things that other screen readers failed to pick up with other browsers were being read. Such as under Straightforward challenge, "Your watchful quality ensures 100 % success on this challenge." Something like that. Under this, a checkbox was there to use a Sudden Insight to get a free success. Unfortunately, and this is the drawback to MS Edge at the moment, none of these check boxes will check or uncheck when
  I press space on them, which is what would normally activate a checkbox. Firefox and IE failed to see the "How I want my content Echoed" area in messages either. Unfortunately, I couldn't put a check on Twitter like I want.With Jaws, Firefox will let me click on storylets and play without refreshing, but it doesn't see the Sudden Insights checkboxes or anything. I'm honestly not even sure how to get to my inventory. I rarely use it, but it'd help to be able to increase my success rate in challenges.I worry if we have accessibility issues on the web, we'll most likely have them on iOS as well, and I'd like to make you aware of it so it may possibly be fixed for iOS especially. I have just started the Making your Name: Watchful tracker, and I get my seeking quality up to five, but proceed to fail the challenges that unlocks when getting that quality up to five.  allenge to get it up to five again,. I grinded seeking to six, before going back and failing the ancient Power challenge twice, and the seeking quality goes down each time. Equipment would be helpful here I bet. The equipment screen, with browsers that are fully accessible, that being Firefox and IE, provided I can get to it, have the same issues as the stats. Item alt tags are surrounded by their image URLs and it's hard to figure out which item I'm looking at. I remember figuring it out, but its unnecessarily difficult. I can remember when I started playing in... 2009? when the inventory was totally accessible. Perhaps it was when Ajax came along is when it got messed up, I'm not entirely sure. MS Edge seems to be the most accessible now, but the browser itself still has accessibility issues and so I don't know if those checkboxes are an FL problem or not. I'm not sure why Firefox and IE can't see them, though.Thanks for the help. I'd like

My guess would be anti-virus. Some companies were flagging every single pure basic app as a virus, one I can remember is Avast but there could be more. Maybe it's freezing the process to "protect" your computer and that's where that's coming from. If you turn realtime protection off, does this still happen? What about scanning the executable?

I've contacted Microsoft to see if any clarification is available regarding the extent of Narrator on Xbox One at launch and for future plans.  If it could be hooked into by developers we wouldn't have to bother with scanning the text or anything tricky like that, we'd just have to let the console do as intended and read.Getting a code isn't that tricky, but EA's chat system is a bit strange.  Give whatever browsers you have a try with it after creating an account etc, but if one doesn't work just keep trying ones that then eventually connect you at some point all being well.  Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

I'm not sure if I can translate all of the game including the storyline, but all menus and system messages will be done. The addon will no longer be needed for the minimum game play. However, the translation dictionary might be a donationware.

Hello,I know that you currently are working on lots of other games, Aprone, but I have a sogestion that you can implement if you ever have time and think it is ok.I sometimes luse people, because they are exosted, rest, but then die of hunger because there is no food. but in the same turn a person finds a lot of food, but they find it when this first person is already ded. Could there be any way people could first all do their tasks, and and only when they have all done their tasks they would eat? Not sure how hard would that be to code, though.
