I took off successfully, landed successfully, unboarded pasengers, turned engines off, breaks are set off, flaps and everything is ok, I keep waiting in there without any notification that my task was successful, it does not move me to the next mission. What is the key to check how many KM I am from the airport? I was dead ahead and it would change either one left or one right, so I'd keep changing it to dead ahead, and D kept telling me I was 11 KM away. Someone told me that was the key for it, then suddenly I was behind the airport. Yet, D still said 11 KM.Thanks, for doing that recording. Not sure what I did wrong there.Also, sometimes after taking off, why does ATC say to descend to 100 after it tells me to ascend to 500? Half way to 500 I get a "descend to 100" message. as I said, I'm not landing, and that's only with Jeff's tower, which is the only tower I'm getting full messages from. A bug?

I am totally confused at some point.

Hi audio gamers! friends!I am totally confused at this point. my heart and mind both have different opinionsand I don't know whom I have to follow. as you know maybe about me I don't know that how much you know about me or maybe but it is true that I am a singer an indian classical singer and I want to prove myself to this world. I don't like the indian style of job, where people fight for their rights but not interested to fulfill the duties. maybe you are reading and thinking that how can a person be is so negative about his country but it is true at least for VI community. I have suggested a KS campaign for NGOs but no one is interested.so I want to be a musician, I usually practice  for an hour as my teacher says. rescently I found an app of artist aloud. a digital marketing place where if you upload your audio video then they will promote your content. It can be a song a voice acting or a comedy. 
 but you have to pay them for per content. I want to grow up, I have dreams and I want to fulfill them. Should I go for this? ThanksIshan

Ok 2 questions, first is their a podcast deminstrating this game? Second here is what I do to take off, 1 close the door, 2 enter my frequency, 3 enter the coad. then I start the engines, but before that I do the fuel thing, but anyways after the engines are started I release the brake, then do the flaps, then so far all the runways have been right in front of me, so I speed up to 115 which I gather is the current take off speed at least thats what the information on the list shows me. and oh yeah by this point I have adjusted my nose angle, so at that point do I just wait for the game to say take off successfull?

Hm, the more javafied code structure I used in the JFIMA and the rest of the console games do things more like what you mean--"isTunnel" and "isSlope" and "getHeightAt" are all methods.On the other hand, I kinda think the test module you described feels weird, in that it seems more intuitive to just include the contents of all those test functions in a single test function--am I calling these anywhere else? The purpose of functions and methods is reusability, right? If I don't expect to reuse something, is there a point in moving it? (Yes. I think I once tried to put keychecks and parts of stepping all in the main function in a pygame program. I have no idea why. I think something about python functions makes me more apprehensive, somewhy.)But basically, the way I'd done it in Java wasn't getting me to finish much, so I just threw the idea of doing everything in classes out, in the hopes that a less rigid dict or array-base
 d code structure would result in more finished products. Once I start it that way, modulifying the movement is more trouble than it needs to be.

well. something new I discovered. it is not voice missing issue for the tower voice, storms voice file all are complete. but, some voice don't play for example climb and continue. hmmm. harolds voice completely playable when in the game. hmm. maybe I gonna try to paste the speech.dat in storm's folder

Today I finally took off successfully. yayayayayay! my only problem is that I had a bit of trouble navigating, so even when I press control N, it told me that I was too far far away of my destination.And now, a question maybe for Rastislof. Can I turn off those real radio scanner messages? Yes, it gives realism to the game of course, bu tespecially in the airport at ecuadorr they are too loud and, I get easily distracted of my duties. The only thing close to cheats that I've seen was in the older version. That one had human-readable save files where you could mod everything like your lives, what level you were on, you name it. The newer version encrypts saves now. As for the shoot the birds bonusround Dark's right, just survive long enough and it'll come. It comes back every 10 levels.

Ok I found solution for music problem.1. If u still have the old version, copy file states.dat from audio/country to other place2. Uninstall the game and delet the folder3. Instal new version4. To land as been said MANY TIMES BEFORE:Ask for the permission, if granted, ctrl f ctrl g be at 100 altitude and have the current landing speed of the specific airplane. After landing, slow and slow to the engines to zero if you will be between 1 and 100.Guys, pretty easy, what is not understandable about these procedures?

I fully agree.  I personally don't use any more than two USB-powered devices at once, but I can understand the inconvenience of being confined to just two ports.  I'm not too impressed with the touch ID capability, but it's a nice added feature.  I definitely will consider upgrading a Mac when 1. @seanTerry: no no no, you're wrong. I figured out that these slovak messages are real scanners, because if you change to, lets say a US airport, you'll hear those radio messages in english. That's why I got excited when, at the Quito Ecuador airport trying to fly twards Bogota, I heard those radio messages in spanish. Maybe Rastislof can give an explaination about this. Heck, this makes the experience even more realistic, and I've even noticed that the airport announcements for passengers while doors are opened, deppending on  the country it'll vary and speak its own language

You can click on your opponent's name to see the battle log.  Combat is automatic, but governed by what actions you put in what slots. its not super exciting I guess but its better than only being able to do one move I suppose.

 nded.the sight is what I'd imagine to be your head ... although I realized it's kinda creepy to be able to turn your head 180 degrees (we're not owls after all) so I thought of it as some heads up display which you can rotate using c and y (these keys can be used in conjunction with Control or shift which does the same thing as they do when turning the plane).The sight is used to scan your surrounding map briefly which I suspect will get in handy in later missions.

check out py2exe for building everything into executables. This is easy enough and bundles up your package. If you want to speed something up, you can cythonize it (see things like numpy for examples). It's worth saying though that compilation is not a solution to reverse engineering prevention; security through obscurity is rarely a good thing. While I couldn't decompile your code and get the exact raw source you used, it wouldn't be hard to decompile most any angelscript program (bgt) since it's all compiled down to bytecode.

I did want to point out that BGT has many shortcomings, many of which are performance and lack of any sane development paradigms and tools. Most languages have many many tools written for you which you can make great use of, this includes a good system for unit tests. Unit tests are in the most basic form what I shoed you, but you'll end up wanting mach objects, etc and that's something you'd have to do. Basically you're going to have to reinvent the wheel.

I don't get this. I'm doing the first mission. I can now take off, but after takeoff, ATC says to both continue on my current course and altitude, and to descend to 100? Why should I descend to 100 if I'm not landing?

There're a few bugs and so on and I'll try to bring them up as I discover them.So far my favourite airplanes are the emperor models ... what can you say, top notch speed, awesome Engine sounds ... Guys, what is the key to check altitude? The keyboard shortcuts file is totally wrong. It says to read the altitude, press F, but that's for the frequency. Is it K? It says 0/3000, but the max altitude is 4000.Yeah these keys are totally wrong. Z is reading the tilt of the nose when it should be T, it says K is to check frequency when I wonder if it is altitude...Did anybody know any of this?

And to the landing, this is little bit complicated, but I will descrybe here how I am doing It.1. After take off, set target of your fly. you can do It by f8, ctrl+f etc. more detayls how f8 key works can you find in manual. When you have your target in list, press space on It, this will make It as a your target.2. press n key. It should speak to you some degrees. This degrees is relative position of your target. To detayls about absolute and relative position, check manual. What you need to do is by arrow keys get this position to 0, which means that target is infront of you. So, for example if position of target is 10 degree, press right arrow 10 times. If It is more, you can also use ctrl+left/right arrow keys, which moves you to the next compas site, only keep in mind that plane is not turned in a second, It will get some time, so check your turning by pressing n.3. now, when you are positioned to the target, press ctrl+n. It should to tell you distance of ta
 rget. This is so important.4. when you are in the distance of 20 km from airport, set your angle to -15, and go to the altitude 100, check It by y.5. when you at altitude 100, set your nose again to 0.6. speed down to your current land speed, which you can find out after pressing ctrl+enter+1007. activate flaps8. activate gear9. when you are in distance of 4 km from airport, slow down to current land speed.note: keep checking also airport position, It can change by few degrees.10. When you are 2 km and less from airport, this is its range. press f1, until tower will not give you a permission to land. If It say, that you might land on differend airport, simpli fly 2 km from target, turn back and try it again, it should work.11. When you have permission to land, set your vertical angle to -15 and wait while you hear a sound of plane sitting on the runway.12. decrease your engine speed by end and check your position on airport
  by k. It should be between 1 and 100, so manage your speed to stop in this place.and It is done, you have landed! game should tell you "parking position"Hope this helps.Rastislav

Hmm, again I don't understand a thing. Now the transponder frequency seems to work, but I don't hear any voice asking me to enter identifications and such. All I'm hearing are messages in Slovak from time to time. Should I need to re install this or something?

So, hold home, check your speed by r key, and release home when you have about 60.13. hear for beeps coming from left or right, always with voice saying which runway is in your near. If you hear a name of runway on which you must to take off, It is time to enter It. Runways are still in right angle to the main road, to the left or right, position is annouced by beeping. so, press ctrl+left/right arrow key, depends on site from which beep is coming.14. check your course with s key, It must be one from general sites, concretely main road is running to the north, so if runway is to the right your course should be east, if left It should be west. If It is, It is time to take off.15. This and next steps are also for tho

About the frequency and transponder, I have not included It to take off because It is process required also in air, so to set frequenci press f. game will say some number. If before this number is new, It means, that here is a frequency that you have not set yet. so press alt+f and enter frequency number, It was behind new word. If you entered It correctly, you can hear voice saying you to squatch and some number. Press alt+t and write this number, followed by enter of course. If you do not remeber numbers, you can press space to say them again. if you wrote them correctly, voice should say: "identification comfirmed"

OK this is freaking crazy. Well I set my transponder first before taking off cuzz that's how the guys at PG13 made it, so that's the first thing I made. Now, it is supposedly working, but all I hear now are radio messages in slovak. No identification message or anything

Altitude is increasing automatically, because you are driving plane, your wertical angle is angle of your plane's nose, so when It is between 1 and 90, altitude will increase, when between 91 and 179 also increase but you will fly reversed, when at 180 you will fly reversed and altitude will not change, simmilar is it in next 180 angles of cyrcle, of course here will altitude decrease, but this is a basic imagination how real plane is flying, I think that It is clear.

So, hold home, check your speed by r key, and release home when you have about 60.13. hear for beeps coming from left or right, always with voice saying which runway is in your near. If you hear a name of runway on which you must to take off, It is time to enter It. Runways are still in right angle to the main road, to the left or right, position is annouced by beeping. so, press ctrl+left/right arrow key, depends on site from which beep is coming.14. check your course with s key, It must be one from general sites, concretely main road is running to the north, so if runway is to the right your course should be east, if left It should be west. If It is, It is time to take off.15. This and next steps are also for thos

As I said above, considering that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence, mainly posters, who find that this is a sick idea of a joke, said person would never dare to come forward.  They would honestly get my respect for owning up to it though, particularly since even were I to consider it from a hypothetical standpoint, none of it whatsoever makes any friggin sense, thus equating this to a very lame and shalloww sense of humor.

Now, I tell you what guys: I'm here sitting at my plane, with a horrible radio sound set incorrectly, because I cannot set the ferquency in the transponder.I try to enter both numbers as stating while perssing the F key, but that does not work for me. I hope Rastis can clarify that in his next post about taking off and landing
