Re: Fara, a new browser or downloadable roguelike

If you play it in browser, i don't see anything which you need ascii for. Even i didn't see any. I didn't download it yet because i was not sure about the playability, but in the web version there is a table which lists things nearby which you can interact with, you click on it and below the quick actions table you can see the possible actions which you can take with the targeted item/monster/whatever. Or just use the l keybinding, or /look command which lists everything in sight with corresponding direction+distance.

Hi. Ah, I didn't know you could import a blank savestring. Once I cut my savestring, imported a blank, copied my savestring back into the game and imported again everything worked fine, though I think I'll put my savestring into a text file for safe keeping .

Challenge 2's do not reward helium, they give a bonus to attack, health and total helium gained, see The challenge 2 page on the wiki for details, though your rather brave doing coordinated as a challenge 2.Thus far I've done diciplin, meditate, and am just doing size, each to about zone 110 or so, though I'll probably be able to take size further. It's helpful to do them between helium runs or completing normal challenges since they give some very nice bonuses.

Sounds amazing, if only it didn't use ascii graphics. I tried and save problem as usual, dash slash dash bar baar dash bar there is nothing around.Really I wish someone would right these with coordinates systems or some way to play with text. As it is though, until someone turns up with that full screen braille display these are just way too clunky to manage.

Getting started with Linux Vm?

2019-12-21 Thread AudioGames . net Forum — Off-topic room : The Dwarfer via Audiogames-reflector

Getting started with Linux Vm?

Hi guys,So I'm really frustrated. I usually go to google before asking broad questions, and this was certainly no exception. At least an hour of googling turned up next to nothing useful on the subject.I wanted to install a Linux distro in a VM just to mess around. It was fine to begin; I grabbed VM player, downloaded the Linux ISO, and went through the setup wizard.However... how the hell do I get started? I'm running Ubuntu18.04, as that distro is running on my server so I have a tiny bit of experience with it over SSH. I got an image with the Mate desktop environment, but:I don't even know how to interact with the VM. I can start it, it's in the file menu. However then we just have a window with the title of my VM followed by " - VMware Player 15". I have googled and I cannot find getting started guides for interacting with a vm in vm player. (How do I start sending keys to my VM instead of my main PC? How do I stop? I'm not watching a 38 minute YouTube tutorial, and I'm not reading a 31 page 1-word-per-line PDF document that may or may not tell me how to do this because it was on the VMware site and had accessibility in the name. Oh, and I also don't need to know as a sited person the dos and don'ts of testing accessibility with a screen reader using a VM, I actually want to know how to use a VM as a screen reader user but apparently no redundantly clear search can express that well enough). How do I turn on Orca and start using that?I don't expect you guys to answer all these questions if you can't. How the hell did you learn though? I'm genuinly interested in getting up and running with this thing, but at this point if I didn't know other blind people who did it, I'd assume it was inaccessible and call it a chapter. My questions may also be stupid and clueless, but at this point in the game, that's where I am. Everyone starts there though.

Re: support for tomb hunter? no reply?

@TheDwarfer: Funny you should mention that. The technical support conditions were never mentioned in a terms of service/license agreement which, surprise surprise, also doesn't exist. The only thing close to it exists at the bottom of the readme...readme wrote:© copyright Masonasons and NS studios 2014–2019, All Rights Reserved.Reverse engineering, decompileing, decoding, decrypting, disassembling, or in any way deriving source code or any of the components from the Software, is prohibited and may result in the civil or criminal penalties permitted by law.THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.You are permitted to play the unlocked mode of Tomb Hunter only in case you own the registration license yourself. Using the registration license you did not purchase, or that was not purchased for you, as well as sharing your purchased license to third-parties, is strictly prohibited, and will result in permanent license deactivation. So, while this doesn't excuse radio silence from either of them, he literally never promised support officially in any enforceable statement of writing, which is what most legacy devs would promise in terms of buying the full version.Again, open platform drm system. It's needed now more than ever. IT still wouldn't give people a glorification to not provide suport but at least it would be a crash plan in cases like this one. I'm not the one to develop such a system but I've seen ideas floating around, we just need an interfaceable platform that is decentralized, auditable and ready for deployment on a server of any platform. And ability to talk to Paypal as well for obtainig keys perhaps.

Fara, a new browser or downloadable roguelike

2019-12-21 Thread AudioGames . net Forum — New releases room : arnold18 via Audiogames-reflector

Fara, a new browser or downloadable roguelike

Hey all,I guess i found a gem for us randomness and procedural generation lovers, although i needed to contact the dev for something a little annoying, this litle piece of wonder seems 90% completely accessible. It is an open world huge roguelike, with endlessly generated quests, setlements, and challenges. When i first saw it i thought it won't be playable, but it is. The main task of your character is to find at least 10 key fragments scattered around the world, and to craft the astral key, whatever it may be. The game offers over 60 classes to play, but most of it is locked due to a restriction that you need a total score to unlock certain classes. When you die your score adds to your total score, and if you reach a certain score, a new class unlocks. What i saw from the game as of yet: Very good and deep combat system, with monster abilities, spells, certain terrain effects for example you tire yourself in ocean more quickly and if you are not an ocean inhabitant you don't fight as well as one, ranged combat with certain kinds of weapons for example bows and guns, at least this i presume because i found gunpowder in one of the enemy corpses. Very detailed crafting system, you need to examine items to get it's recipe and from on you can craft it, three kinds of crafted item qualities, normal, masterwork, and i believe epic? I guess they give more bonuses. Random encounters to deal with as you wander on the overworld map from objective to objective. A little quirk which makes the game kind of hard to play at the moment, is that when you accept a quest and see the direction on the waypoint screen where you need to go, after some distance the thing just says somewhere here. Which is not really helpful. That's why i contacted the dev to make some textual output for us on where to look. Without further ramblings, here is the game link. https://brianiscreative.itch.io › fara

Re: Accessible Retro games: a central list of enjoyable video games

Exclusively to the psp version of riviera is the ability to sort items by pressing select. That will organize weapons first and consumables last, and it will organize weapons according to their types as well. As for teams, the characters are listed in the order you meet them, and I think you can have 2 in front and 1 in back. I always put lina or Sierra there when I bring ranged weapons. To know who's turn it is, I use a combination of knowing what weapons I brought with me and who has a skill for that weapon. And of course, each weapon has a different sound. As a side note, this game is largely responsible for the battery life decline of my psp 2000, or maybe it's just me. Because the game didn't have a quick save feature, more did it have a soft reset feature, I had to exit the game and restart it a ton of times. And I played it constantly while my psp was plugged into the wall. Before I knew it, my battery could only hold 10 minutes, and I had to pick up a replacement at gamestop. Thankfully, a quick save and soft reset function was added to ygdra union. To me, the hardest parts of the game are the timing minigame and the rhythm minigame, but I just asked for help.

So I have an idea. Since this developer is not around to "defend" people who rip into him for not providing support on a paid product of which the terms of service did not state that no technical support would be given, would it be feasible for this site's administration to remove this developer's products from the database? It's evident that the OP did not know of Mason's reputation, ban, or instability with his products. I am not trying to back-seat administrate, I'm just kind of suggesting that in the case of proven unstable and unreachable developers, their (paid) games not be included on the site if at all possible because there's always the  possibility that a clueless individual will come in here just wanting to buy a game and getting shit instead. I mean look at post 12! I'm not blaming anyone who has replied to this topic, in fact I'm not pointing at fingers at anyone but Mason and those who do what he does. Come on Ag.net people. We want to provide high-quality games to our visitors, right? Let's not allow them to get excited, and pay money for a shitfest of mentally unstable childish drama. He or She may not have even gotten this game from AG.net either though, so I'm not blaming anyone at AG.net, just saying maybe we shouldn't even host his games. Ya know, like how we didn't host Balloon Master or anything like that that required money... today, but not yesterday, but maybe the day before.Personally, I'll stop ripping on Mason when/if people are not able to get screwed over by his actions; his being around or not is not really a factor for me. I am going to have to agree with jack here. Another thing: if you can't buy the game for any reason, then ask someone to buy it for you. That does not justify cracking the game in my opinion. Either that or talk to the developer about your situation and see if you can work something out.

I made an English translation for Space Attack

2019-12-21 Thread AudioGames . net Forum — General Game Discussion : Dan_Gero via Audiogames-reflector

I made an English translation for Space Attack

Hello everyone. So, you guys remember that old game Space Attack made by PBGames, or during this time period I think it was called MediaLT? I'm not sure about this. Regardless, it was a little space invaders type game fused with the Grizzly Gulch shooter style of game play where you had to destroy ships and earn points. It was originally in Swedish, but I made an English translation for it. Please keep in mind that it's not perfect, so if you notice any issues with the way I translated it please do let me know and I'll try to correct the problem. Regarding the translation of the manual, I tried to correct the grammar as best I could without messing up Philip's writing style, because I'm very wary about altering people's texts when it's not necessary. If I'm being to cautious about this and not focusing on grammar enough, let me know about that as well. A few more quick notes before I post the link... I am using TTS for the translation, because I don't really have the budget for proper voice work. There are also parts of the game that aren't translated, because this game has audio cut scenes and no text transcript to go along with it. I can't hire anyone to listen to the audio and translate it for me because again, no budget. It's not necessary of course, but if someone would be willing to volunteer some of their time to help me translate the rest of the scenes, I would be a very happy Dan. Anyway, if you want to download the translation go here, and if you want to download Space Attack go here and scroll down to the heading that says Space Attack. For the translation, simply extract the zip folder, go into the satpenglish folder and copy all the files into your Space Attack game directory. I'd also recommend reading the manual if you've never played the game before, as there is no tutorial option in this game. I hope people get some use out of this.

@Turtlepower17: For me creating new folders shortcuts changed all too frequently, but I'm a fast-ring insier so things could be different on my build. Better still I personally saw myself going to the command line to make a new folder anyway, so it wasn't a big adjustment. In office, though, the ribbons are incredibly useful when using that search bar.

Re: Suggestions for Switching from iOS to Android (Pixel 4)

The problem here I think is that *every* issue people attribute to android is a massive generalization. That's because Android is open and allows any vendor to do pretty much whatever they like with it. Android is not iOS, so I think pro-iOS fans should probably not think of it like that. That's like an NVDA user applying the same expectations to Orca on Linux -- it just won't work. Apple to Oranges, forgive the pun. You cannot say that Talkback has so and so issues when that version of Talkback, plus modifications (if any) applied by the manufacturer, is probably not the same one that someone else is using. Same goes for apps and pretty much everything else.

I'm very angry and disappointed that Top of the Skyscrapers was altered. There was no reason why that should happen. yes, there was a time when it frustrated me, because I didn't know how to play it properly, but there's a way to do so that will almost guarantee you 20 points every time, even in competition. Making it easier is like telling people to just give up because it's too haard. I'm calling bullshit on that.

Re: Let's talk about windows seven end of life...

I couldn't agree more with the last post. One other thing I'll say, though, is that the ribbon in Explorer is actually not that bad. I was resistant to adapting to it for years, since I thought relearning all the commands I had grown accustomed to for years would be far too tedious and time-consuming, and that it would take longer to accomplish those tasks in general. In reality, it really isn't that different. You do have to remap some things in your head, but I found that the vast majority of things I was doing could be accessed via the applications key anyway, and other things, like creating new folders and such, used the same keyboard shortcuts I was already utilizing.

Re: Suggestions for Switching from iOS to Android (Pixel 4)

Sorry, custom actions are being replaced by what exactly? By using nothing? That's so bad it kills the productivity a lot on Android. To give some examples, let's go in the mail app:On iOS, I am swiping through the list of emails. If I want to take an action on one of them, I swipe up and down to choose delete, star or whatever I want to do, and double tap to do that. After this, my focus goes to the next message. On Android, I swipe through the email, and two buttons I probably wont use to select a message or star it. I wonder why nobody at Google realizes how inefficient this is. The same example can be applied to messages, or really any app where you are in a list of items and each item has specific options. I mean, imagine if you are using Windows to navigate the list of messages. Instead of up and down moving you through the list, you would find a message, then buttons such as delete, mark as unread, star, select, and then the next press of down moves you to the next message. Where do you see that? That's what I hate about Google, they have some of these weird concepts no other screen reader has which make things really awquard and unintuitive. Talkback is the only screen reader with no way to turn speech off, with no way to navigate by buttons, tables and other commonly used HTML elements, with no way to simply switch a language on the fly, and many other things I could mention, most of which even basic screen readers on Simbian could do.C ustom actions are not going away though, so if that's not spreading misinformation then I don't know what is. Google uses them in their own apps, I wish they would do it more though together with other developers, and commentary should definitely support them as if anything, it makes home screen editing a lot easier. Commentary is a great screen reader, and certainly something that makes Android a much better option once you get used to it, but it needs some improvements, probably not as much in the software as it does in it's distribution. We need a website where it can be downloadedand regularly updated, there's no reason to distribute it via telegram. I wish a great future to this screen reader though, it has the best potential to be developed into an amazing program. Thanks for your translation, as always Nuno, it would be sad if the English community missed such an amazing project. Hopefully, Android will improve in the future and I can switch back to it, since if we are talking outside of the accessibility point of view, Android is the best operating system for me and I will always try to have a backup device to monitor Talkback's development. The way it's going now though, I don't see myself coming back. There are at least two things I want in order to be as productive, and those are the above mentioned custom actions and a faster way to type, preferably in braille.

Re: myTrueSound feedback and some comments related to audiogaming

@Turtlepower17: Non-intrusive DRM is a right trying to be fought by the free software foundation, however I don't see much wrong with Steam's DRM since I have not seen any cross-tracking deemens or anything like that that would slow down your computer or cause legitimate annoyances like Starforce and some other drm systems used to. That being said, other than the abandoned Private Detective School and the Vipgameszone stuff, there is not one game that I have seen that has used the kind of draconian drm that literally allows no wiggleroom and has the potential to be rendered unplayable. Besides, a company like Valve probably has crash plans intact if they anticipate a large outage. But I digress.@Amerikranian: I'm glad that you personally are off the piracy train, but it sounds to me like you're shifting into apologist territory for pirates which is not necessarily a good thing. In fact, it was the statementAmerikranian wrote:I could also lead this into the discussion of wants vs. needs, but I will let you form your own conclusions on that topic when combined with what I said earlier.that kind of saved you from entering that territory. That statement could have been proceeded by:Games are a privilege, not a right.I am quite sure that a developer would be more content selling less copies if they were all genuine, rather than less copies because a great majority of them are pirated. Seriously. There is no rhyme or reason that can justify pirating from such a small market. I don't give a rip if it's not your cup of tea, I mean it's ok if it isn't, but if it's not your cup of tea yet you still want to have a playaround, just buy the friggin game. The froofy coffee you might buy for 5 bucks will be gone in a mere instant, but the $5 you spend on a game has a greater value, both for you and for the developer.Re, exchange rates: Oh, my God. Did we not just put a sticky topic in general games discussion for gift-giving? So much better than cracking, which again has no justification.

Definitely forgot that I made this topic. I like the way you guys think. Personally, I've changed my tune a lot since two years ago. I've been listening to a lot of stuff, from the 30's to now. I really enjoy Elton John, The Chainsmokers, Billy Joel, and Michael Jackson right now. I'm not really into the autotuned rap that I've seen this past decade, and I really don't like how all of the rap is the same. But, however, in saying that, I do enjoy music by Post Malone and Eminem. Their stuff is unique and different. And I also draw inspiration for music production from the likes of Zedd, Lennon Stella, The Chainsmokers, the beats from the later rap music, etc.

It actually impeeds your typing, but (And I mean this in no offence) but blind people wouldn't amount to the speed of a normal sighted person to realise the difference.Personal preference on that one.GBoard is wonderful for android, cause it makes androids shitty ass keyboard into one that is usable for blind people. I manage with the current one but I run out of patients for it sometimes. The biggest thing I like about it is wireboard. Look it up.Rant over lol

Re: Let's talk about windows seven end of life...

Ok, if you can do that then clearly you can find the control pannel, which is exactly how you would have in windows 7. You can also locate winaero Tweaker from their own site. You do'nt necessarily need to modify the registry if you don't want to. You do, however, need to tweak windows10, maybe remove a thing or two that you don't need (candy crush soda sogga whatever, I'm looking at you). But Windows is still the modular OS it's always been, so you still have ultimate control over your system. Even if you're an insider.Re, switching or not: I think we can all agree it's one's choice what they wish to use, and their taskbar should not identify their status in society. However, reacting defensively, calling a simple screwup on your part a problem with windows 10, is what isn't the right thing to do. Just because you dabble in the art of programming and server management, doesn't mean it isn't ok to just straight-up ask for help without getting defensive. You do not need to know everything about the inner-workings of your computer, but you need to be willing to learn if need be, and to not act like a know-it-all and claim that it's a problem with windows 10 when we all know it isn't. There are other people in your shoes, and the last thing you want is for them to be misled and make their judgement on Windows 10 based on hearsay, which is exactly what we have with people who shy away from Android.

For example, the obstacles that change depending on what time of year it is.Next up, manamon 2.The thing that really stood out to me was the absolutely spectacular introductory sequence.Last but not least, we have new horizons. This games randomness and living universe really pulled me in.Anyway, what are yours? Please do tell us!Also, I'd like to thank everyone for such a phenominal year. A very mary christmas to you and yours, and a happy new year!

Another synthesizer question and a thing that may be interesting

Hi all,has anyone experienced the korg monologue and minilogue as well as minilogue XD? Are they useable for blind people? For the XD, i found a video on YouTube wich explains the menus in detail, so with this the accessibility could be increased, but haven't found something regarding the other ones. This came to my mind because the monologue and minilogue were created by the same developer who created the volcas and monotrons as well. So I thought they could be a cool addition in combination with the volcas for example. And I found out that the handling of the teenage enginiring OP-1 should be similar to the handling of the PO-series it is just more complex, so it could be useable as well. Might be interesting for some people on here, so I thought I post this here as well.

Re: myTrueSound feedback and some comments related to audiogaming

I think it's perfectly reasonable to sell an audio game on Steam. There's a guide on this forum that should get anyone up and running with it. Besides, while it's certainly convenient to have DRM-free copies of all the digital things we purchase, it's not a right, it's a privilege. Since this dev has expressed concerns about piracy to begin with, I really wouldn't blame him if it's a Steam-only release.I've heard good things about this game, and the only reason I personally did not purchase it is that mobile gaming in general is just not my thing, not unless it's something simple like a dice or card game. I happen to prefer playing on the PC whenever possible, it's just easier and more comfortable for me. So, I would be more than happy to purchase this game and give it a shot once the Windows version is released, regardless of which platform it ultimately ends up on.

Re: Let's talk about windows seven end of life...

The question "why did we switch from the command line to the GUI" was asked. Simple answer: we didn't. Sure, its what you see on all Windows computers, but the command line is not gone. It still exists and there is a very low probability that it will ever go away. (You can also set it as your default shell in Windows too.) On Linux this is even more true: the Command Line is actually the default operating mode for Linux; the GUI is just a layer on top of the (ultimately more powerful) command line interface. So no, we never "switched" to the GUI; the CLI is still there and will always be there. The GUI is just an interface using graphics and programmatic ways of executing CLI commands. (On Windows, for example, the GUI executes no commands at all, but under the hood, either the CLI -- or the knowledge we gained when creating it as well as other interfaces for program execution -- is what runs everything. And the CLI is still the most powerful interface of an operating system because a lot more can be expressed in that interface than can be expressed in a GUI.)Simpter, please, actually go learn how to modify Windows to your liking. There are tools like Winero Tweaker, DNSpi, and NTLite that allow you to pretty much become god over your operating system. If you want to be able to customize a computer to precisely how you like it, you'll have to get your hands dirty. There is no other way.

Re: Wanting to start a blog, but not sure if I should

Hi,well, it depends on the concrete service. If you find one, which is powered by or allows you to install wordpress, either directly from the administration, or through ftp configuration, it will be accessible.Purely ftp + database hostings, where you can make your own website from the scratch will be accessible as well, because you either install Wordpress, or make your own blog in accessible way.Only question is regarding those, which are trying to make the process easier by giving you their own interface to create your blog and add content to it.There could be some problems with accessibility. However, I would see it optimistically, one good thing about web is, that because of html, it's rather accessible than inaccessible. I can recall many inaccessible Windows applications, which I tried, but hardly few webpages, and even those were special cases, which aren't used by normal users. So you have a high chance, that whatever service you choose, it'll be usable. There is one more reason, why these things are accessible, which is related to automated ui testing, however that's another topic. And even if the service isn't accessible, it's free, so you can move to otherone, if you're not pleased with  it.I have experiences with three local hosting providers, and I had never problems. Those were complete hostings, with my own ftp space and mysql database.I know about few friends, who created their sites on blog creators, and they didn't have problems as well. So, just try out what you find as a good option, and play with it for a while, before you start serious work, that should do it just fine.Best regardsRastislav

It works if I start completely fresh, but not if I import my old save. I'm suspecting it's just that old saves are not compatible with new updates, though. Thanks for the fix!

Re: Let's talk about windows seven end of life...

Did you honestly think that an old laptop would handle the free windows 10 upgrade for the long-hall? Unless you have a business machine *doubt it* think of the Windows 10 free upgrade as an unofficial trial period. If you like what you see, chances are you'll buy a new machine, and thus Microsoft gets a license royalty from that manufacturer for your copy of windows 10. Ms isn't saying here, have your free windows, out of the goodness of their heart. THat's not how business works. Ok, maybe they extended the upgrade for assistive technology users out of the goodness of their heart but it ended at a time when Narrator was better than ever, so it worked out for all of us. This isn't the 90s where your technology will actually last you 20 years like my braille-n-speak and dectalk express do.

Stefik, Could you also add in the bug tracker something about fixing the say command? It is only somewhat reliable. An example of when it is not reliable would be something like this:integer counter=0repeat 10 timescounter=counter+1say counterendI hope that gives an adequate demonstration. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Re: Let's talk about windows seven end of life...

Probably because not everybody uses microphone monitoring, and those who do really should know how to open control panel, don't you think so? I'd expect someone who can code in BGT to know where control panel  is too. They are not the default settings, whatever that means, simply right clicking the speaker icon gives you all the basics you need, like per app volume, even per app output devices now but we only talk about bad things in Windows 10. You don't need to do the c drive method to get what you are asking for, simply as people told you 5 times, go to start menu and find file explorer options and set it to open to this PC view when it launches. Oh yeah, good luck with your Windows 7 setup too and using it on newer processors, it might just fail horribly.

Re: infini crawl, text dungeon crawling rpg similar to the wastes.

Yeah, it was working on my local version. I downloaded the one on itch.io and sure enough, there was some code missing at the end of the file. Looks like something got screwed up in the upload to their server and it cut off the end of the file. I just reuploaded the file. You might have to clear your cookie, if you have a save string save that, then load the game, clear out the box, then hit import save to delete your cookie. Then copy your old save string back in there. It *should* work without doing that, but your local cookie might have saved some screwed up values from the broken version of the game. Also, I made a little mini update to the game while i was looking at the code. Your heirloom gear will now auto equip when you spawn in instead of going to your backpack, to save you a few clicks (not sure why I didn't do it that way to begin with).Took out the gold bonus from achievements, it ends up making prestiging trivial, so achievements only add to your health and damage for now, as long as I'm using gold as a barrier to prestige. I also made the achievement points get diminishing returns, so the more you have, the less each point will count toward your multiplier, the achievement tab now has a line on it that tells you your total points, separated by a line with your total multiplier. At first its a 1 to 1 ratio, and slowly decreases, at 1000 achievement points you'll get a 100% bonus, 2000 pts is 142%, 3000 is 174% and so on. There is still no cap and it can go on infinitely. As new content is added, the higher level and rare achievements will count for more points, so in order to progress in achievements at some point you'll have to break into higher level stuff.Let me know if you run into anything else, sorry about that, I'll make sure I check the upload from now on instead of just trusting that it works every time.

Re: Manamon 2: Impressions Thread

I wonder if your level compared to byron's determines what he uses? What I mean is, when this team I have now was all around 70, it was using moves guaranteed to kill fowlusion, mightauras, sirenea or mantasteel in one hit. Now they're all at 100, and it's using entirely the wrong moves. It's using moves that are resisted and aren't doing much damage. So it made me curious.

Re: Wanting to start a blog, but not sure if I should

I am an IndieWeb citizen. Go to https://indieweb.org for info about this. There are some beautiful hosted options such as wordpress.com, micro.blog, and so on. Basically, the indieWeb is where you own your own content and think about having a place that you own where you can write about everything and anything you want. This even extends out to everyday crap such as what you ate, drank, read, of listened to. There is something called Post Kinds. Wordpress has a great plugin for this. So, instead of starting a blog, start your own commonplace book. I can help you. Send me an email. Add me on the fediverse via @cambridgeport90@mastodon.technology, or check out my PeerTube channel. I am on open.tube.
