Azazul from the tekken 6. The only good thing about him is that at least his music is good.Devil Jin, even if he is just a sub-boss. Honestly, I have more easier time beating Jinpachi than Devil Jin. His combos just come out too damn fast.Come to think of it, same thing happened to me in the MK9 as well, with Shang Tsung.Onaga from the mortal kombat deception, or unchained if you're playing on psp. If you haven't faced him before, then be ready for a beating.Unlimited Hazama from the continuum shift. Okay, I was beaten by you. But why must you act so smug in the meantime?New no 13. from BlazBlue calamity trigger. At least she won't troll you like Hazama.Takemikezuchi from the BlazBlue chronophantasma. Let me tell you, this guy was a headache. Noel is the one with whom I have the most trouble beating this guy, while Ragna was the easiest.

Re: reflections from a former developer

When it comes to the audio panning, I have two examples from the snes era.First is U.N squadron. during the boss fight, it is the most clear, as you move left and right, the sound of the boss also shifts.I can only wonder what can be if there were only certain changes within the game, perhaps we could have played this, even in the snes era!Second example is Darius Force, or Super Nova as it came to be known as in the US.This one also had the same audio, only in horizontal since the game itself is horizontal shooter.Again, with just few more modification, I suspect that I could have played this game without the use of cheats. (Besides, it has a killer soundtrack as well.)I have the example of voiced menus from ps2 era, where I was surprised to find that budokai tenkaichi 3 have the characters talk out about the menus and the options present within the game. While the sighted people probably found it annoying and turned it off, it was present there, and I took advantage of it. (Before leaving the game dew to the unreasonable thrashing I received. dragon ball z games from this time go two ways: you win, or you get thrashed.)So, it has been possible with the audio at least from the early 90's, and talking menus are here, though rather rare, since 2007 or 9.

Re: reflections from a former developer

What Nocturnus has said in post 43, actually caused me to examine myself how much audiogaming I do.ever since I arrived on this site three years ago, I have tried several text based browser games, in which I only stayed with two, and ever since late 2019, only one.I have played one RPG, that being manamon, and after getting frustrated at its lasers and security guards, didn't finished it.I have played one monster game, that being breed memorial, a game which I still play, even though I wish I could automate some tasks in it.In short, I didn't end up playing many audiogames as I thought when I came here, while my mainstream gaming remained the same, whether it be playing classic games of the 90's on a emulator, or buying the mortal kombat series or the latest tekken, or BlazBlue... or the most recently King of Fighters, since it was selling at a quite cheep price here.

The problem is, that Ignis (The developer of the game,) said pretty much on the chat that considering I am the only blind player who consistently plays the game, he doesn't have any reason for changing the episode 0.This might sound harsh, but I kind of agree with him. Considering that aside from the artwork which he commissions occasionally, Ignis is the one who manages everything in the game. And though I haven't played the episode 0 myself, from the descriptions I have read here, it would probably require some sort of remodeling.

So, failing to start the accessibility through the normal means, I tried to turn it on from the command line, since all the keyboard instructions were not working at all. That didn't work out. So I decided to try the config file, and low and behold, I found the accessibility set to false in the very first line. After setting it to true, I went to the application, hoping that it'll work. But apart from closing when it speaks this: "Saved new configuration to (Insert a path here,)" it doesn't work.it speaks only, and only when I close retroarch.

@4:Pixies might not need strength, but what about the combination species?Let's take Gonxi for example. I have owned two of them so far, and I trained the strength of the first one, while I neglected the strength of the second one.But the problem with them is that they start out with punch and kick, both of which use strength as their damaging stat.I think at least in the case of this species, strength should be focused in the early days, since this is the only stat which would do damage in the tournament, while as they start to unlock magical attack later, the focus should be shifted. What do you think about that?

What I think is that a lot of the tactical role playing games can be made accessible, since a lot of the time they don't have an open world map in which you have to walk. Also, since the battles are mostly textual information, and you only have to select the actions on a turn by turn bases, these can be quite fun to play without getting too hard.Disgaea series is however, I wish to play the most.

I voted for the internal synthesised speech with speed/voice options. because this can be implemented by the developers inside of the game, that way they won't have to worry about platform compatibility.I also agree with the points which IronCross made, different people read the text on different speeds. so the option of voice acters is not very desirable.but different people interpret the text with different speeds as well, not everyone can understand the fast speeking voice. thus, the options with speed can be useful with that situation.
