Fsx and Prepar3d use the same engine as Lockheed Martin purchased it from Microsoft back in 2009. The missions in FSX aren't accessible. The main difference between fsx and prepar3d is that one is marketed as something for academic training and the other isn't. I personally use prepar3d although some people prefer fsx because it is lighter on the CPU and ram usage, and all the menues can be accessed in flight using object nav. You have to use OCR in p3d. As for multi player, there's Vatsim. I'd get good at flight simming first before you jump into that because it's meant to be as realistic as possible. I'd also study proper air traffic control communication, and procedures.

yeah you'd have to have a beast system to emulate the ps4, it would be cheaper to actually buy a real console. We only just started to see good ps3 emulation a year or so ago, so do the math. Based on things my unprofessional math says that you need between two and 4 times the power of the console you're trying to emulate to get a solid experience. Proof of this is my gpd win failing to handle ps2 emulation even though it spec wise makes the gpd win look like a mac pro in comparison to the ps2.

there's already one that's translated. The only things that aren't are obviously the audio cut scenes in missions, any messages you get online because that's not possible, and names of things, otherwise the menus are already translated, at least in the portable one someone posted a few days ago.

As for examples of mainstream games using  the same sounds, look at GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. Pretty much all the sounds, footsteps, vehicles, police sirens, etc are the same minus character voices. Even GTA 4 and 5 have some of the same sounds. and speaking of sound design, I'm bored and don't have clients these days because of the virus, so if any of you need anything... Let me know.

this is starting to remind me a lot of the mainstream game Epic Battle Simulator. In that you basically spawn different types of npcs on the map where ever you want and watch as they go at it. You can even add more as it's going on, change up the map, cause desasters, etc. I've always wanted a game like that, because it just sounds like a good way to waste time, escentially playing the roll of game maker out of the hunger games and letting people kill each other. In Epic Battle Simulator you  had different types of things like zombies, modern soldiers, chickens, really, anything.

Actually, I think I know of a few ways making a game like this for iOS could work. The first would be kind of like PapaSangre where you woult tap the screen to move, and swipe to turn, and maybe shake or up/down swipe to fire. The second, now that iOS fully supports game controlers, make it require an xBox 1 or PS 4 controller. The third is to take advantage of the improved keyboard support and make it use that. As a matter of fact, if you did, you'd be one of the first fps games on the app store to fully support keyboards.

actually you can use auto aim with the keyboard if you have a mouse. If you get good enough at keeping the ped that you're trying to shoot talking or walking, rally just doing something you can hear, it's just like an audio game, hold down your left trigger or left mouse button, turn until your target's in the center, and bam, some times you have to let auto aim go and re do it to get focus back if you turn too much. The only teason why I figured out that the mouse worked for auto aim is before I got a controller, I figured that sense you use the mouse to fire, why wouldn't the left click work for auto aim. I would also reccomend getting the simple native trainer, auto drive, and if you're feeling risky, Open IV will allow you to get some files that increase traffic density, and make the AI way better.

Well, for new blind pilots FSX pilot, which works with p3d would be better. I prefer it anyway, because it's a seperate app thats windows don't show up in the sim. I would also recomend getting a better weather system. FSXWX is free, but active Sky is better. ATC programs I recomend are PF3 which costs 50 bucks and Pro ATC X.

Yeah, there used to be this game for iOS that I miss called tectic. Basically you started a software company. You had to hire employees, buy new stuff, and program, of course it was an idle type game so no actual coding took place in the app, but you had to basically do everything from fixing employee issues to buying upgrades and other things to boost employee happiness, to doing the coding yourself. I'd love to see a game like this but with sounds in it.

Well, It's most certainly not a cloun, because clouns are human and belong in horror themed stuff or ammusement parks... LOL, but still this game is so unfair in a lot of ways, for one the fact that there is a weapon that can kill you with one shot, and sense you end up at the beginning of what ever map or room you're in they can just stand there and keep spam killing you. For two, it's a side scroller, so all the ideas that otherwise would have been unique like different methods of transport, having a home, and quests are limited by the fact that it's running on a side crolling map and the fact that it's in BGT which as we all know doesn't have the best of networking support. For three, a lot of the sounds are stolen. I know most games here do use sounds from other games but that's not what I'm getting at. Some of the music tracks in the main menu clearly have watermarks in them as if the dev downloaded it off of YouTube or recorded the  audio of a demo.

Well, they would probably have to add beeps while you're in the air and a speak heading, altitude, and climb rate like EuroFly because running FS tramp or FSX Pilot wouldn't be possible on an X Box, and it would take them some time to update the programs for the new sim. I'd be interested to see if audio gets any better or if we're stuck with the same audio engine and sounds from FSX and Prepar3d, yeah, that ATC needs some work...

Well, I'm the sound engineer for it, and it's called The Virtuals. It's still being developed, and it won't be out for a while. Remember, it's just one programmer, and even though he is very fast the amount of detail in what we want to bring to you guys with this takes a while. He is also working on two other projects at the same time, so yeah. I'm not gonna give you a release date as I'm not the dev but our goal at this moment is the end of 2019 or half way into 2020. But I will say that something big is coming.

I assu,me Sable's going to be able to compile games into executables, unless you plan on having people run your first game through Sable engine it's self. I have a few more questions. You go get it, come back to the person who gave the quest, then a cut scene happens where you hear him reading it and inputting data into a computer, then he says go put it back where you got it. Next, will it be possible to have certain parts of your game that require you to go back to another map, like maybe you leave your town, do some  quests, then find out that you need to go back to do something else without  having to rebuild the map again as a new one to Sable? Next, how about the ability to have taunts from either you or the enemy before or after they use a weapon or ability. What about attacking, I assume you will allow us to change the sounds for hand to hand combat. Finally, will you be able to change the name of the currency that your story uses? A Sci-Fi themed one wouldn't really have gold... yeah.

Also, it would be nice to be able to make sound sets for every possible type of object you could create, instead of only having one sound for them to allow people to have a random ammount of sounds for sable to choose from for every thing, weapons, container open and close, ambient sounds, abilities, items, etc.

well, I figured out what was freezing. It was because prepar3d was asking me if  I wanted to continue transmitting to my graphics card because it might crash, but it wasn't a standard dialogue that NVDA would've seen so I only saw it because I randomly used OCR to check ATC.

We should definately create a blind pilots WhatsApp group or something like that. Anyway, I'm seeing an issue where the sim seems to freeze up a few minutes into the flight. The sound's still there but the mile counter in FSX pilot doesn't go down, therefore I'm not going anywhere, then a few minutes after that the whole sim goes into not responding.  I've only seen it with third party aircraft like the ones from A2A. And, isn't FSX Pilot discontinued or somrthing?

Well, I've had my first flight accepted. Why do they have to approve people's flights anyway, why doesn't it just go straight through? What do you think is a better ATC software between Pro Flight emulator and Pro ATC, considering ease of use with NVDA, the realism of the actual ATC phrasing, the sound of it, and variety of voices you can use? and finally based on  your videos alone, having only used FSX Pilot myself, I haven't really noticed any difference in the flyying between FS Tramp and FSX Pilot, aside from the fact that FS tramp doesn't talk through TTS like FSX Pilot. I'm also kind of surprised there aren't any sound packs for SmartCars that are meant to be the pilot themselves talking to the passengers. That would be useful in smaller aircraft like the Cesna 172 and Piper Charokee.

Yeah, I ended up asking on SmartCars support and they said the same and that they'll look into fixing that screen, as well as the notifications which you have to use object nav to flip between the window titles to see what the notifications are. also I commented on your Moony Bravo video. and, do you think FS tramp is better than FS Pilot as far as how it actually flies, completely ignoring the user interface?

I figured it out. Although my account is showing as I'm from Cambodia for some odd reason... I  guess I'll roleplay a rags to ritches pilot... LOL. Anyway, the flight attendant sounds in the client are very quiet and I can barily hear them, and they're not that quiet when I play them in another media player,  and NVDA doesn't seem to see a volume slider in the SmartCars sound settings. All I see is a volume button, no slider. Also can you give me a link to more sound packs?

Does the system allow you to fly anywhere with any plane at any time and does it need to be ran after you set up the flight in the sim. Also how do I get fuel without going into the fuel and payload. Z Also does the client send any info about whether you have a pro or academic license to the airline and does the license type matter
