I finally got a way to make this new rule system work now. With frustration aside and a very deep look into it, it's actually pretty cool. It just needs a lot, and by that I really mean a huge lot, of adjustment from the previous rules, meaning some decks need complete overhall. Bye blood deck with a lot of physical shit to boot. Gotta have to utilize combo a lot it seems.

Got another inspiration from my dad's passing on Jan 4. What about random illness and such that prevents you from sending armies at the end of the year to crush shit? Like that year you can only hire people to do it for you, but can't do it yourself. Or may be your general/blah blah blah dies suddenly before armies are launched, or at the end of the turn.(My dad had heart attack and died in his sleep. It was abrupt and my life now bounces back from 100 to 1. Moving to America in two months despite of covid. But at least that gave me some ideas for the game.)

Covid 19 kinda gives me an idea of diseases in the game. May be there's an end of turn event that an illness kills a bunch of people, or there's a kingdom you wanna make peace with but they're in the middle of a plague chrisis so they request a unch of bluetrii or elixers to help heal people from the plague. Or may be encounters with a plagued man entering the throne asking for help, a messenger from a kingdom coming to ask for gold or whatever to help with the epidemic, a plagued person coming to spread the disease, a demon fanatic intentionally comes to spread disease among your people around the throne which has a random chance of you losing members...etc.

It can be useful sometimes in no-roundtime areas, like when you want to get riln in tanglewood where a logger stands waiting to chop you. there's no roundtime. That's when stacking comes to play.I think it happens when you try to attack from hiding while hiding in plains or something, or wherever hindering your stealth.

I've been trying to fix that plus bug, but can't yet pinpoint what causes it exactly in the damage string.Also, the semicolon thing is an output bug in a mushclient plugin I think, either the plugin or the client itself. If someone can help me fix this, I'll be deeply grateful.

Er...no animal has sounds. What do you mean bears have sounds? I can't really go around adding stuff to every mob in the game to make them sound different. It doesn't just take too much time, dedication and sound supplies. It takes up the pack size as well. No animal on alter sound like how they're supposed to be anyway when fighting. They don't scream like bears if you attack them with your weapon, that is.

They have to be right where you are on the ground. If you pick them up, gathering doesn't work anymore if you drop them back on the ground, until you fire them next time.

Autogrind is there for those who know what they're doing. If you're familiar with herb grinding, you don't have much time figure out what these syntax mean. However, I think since this has been brought up, I should change it in the manual so you see transfer fresh comfrey instead of trans fresh com like i usually type in the input window, so people have even better idea of what they're supposed to do. Anything else you think I should add?

The musket sound i use in the pack is taken from mount and  blade. I can look for alternative is this really doesn't sound right for your ears...providing I find something more realistic and works well enough with clok's combat speed.

Good suggestion. It'd be too long for the fast pace battle though. There are a few guns, not just muskets. I may implement different sounds for each gun in the future though. For now, I'm working on Empiremud soundpack and have been trying to work on sounds from strings submitted earlier by people. I also plan on working on dynamic content for the pack, such as area based walking/running away/horse movements/anything terrain based so you don't hear the same town galloping sound when a horse walk on mud

Thank you!Halloween stuff is going on on empire. Adding stuff for all the quests is fun and takes a lot of work. May be I should make another topic or something to gather ideas and strings for that mud. But considering how bashy people can be toward certain games (which I personally don't like at all), I'm not sure if it's a good idea. you have to open each world within the client unless you globalize the world so it opens from the start when you load the client. But if you use clok bundle, it's already globalized.

I didn't mean to come across as bashy or anything. This thing about having updater in the pack has been asked far too many times both on here and somewhere else, and I had to answer over and over again that I didn't know anything about advance stuff, like the kind they do in mush-z. I'm a lone maker of this pack now, don't have the pack nor its content uploaded anywhere I can draw update from. I don't know how to work with executable, and there's no one at all, at least not anyone physically I know knows enough about how to work with both mushclient and Lua, provided Lua is required for the updater. I'd be willing to take anything if I can make the updater work myself. But if it means I have to actually learn coding from scratch and have to buy a site other than my free dropbox to host the update then...I may have to rethink. It's too fussy for my current situation right now, especially the website part.

Sigh...Not to say I'm upset or anything. I've already stated a billion times both in game and in this topic that I don't know anything about coding, and I don't have it uploaded on any website. I don't know anything about working with executables, let alone making updater.This doesn't apply to only the above comment, but also everyone here who keeps asking for updater. Guys, if you really would like it, I suggest helping me do so would be better that simply request. My knowledge is very, very limited. Working on this pack is the only code wise thing I know how to do, and that is still me knowing nothing at all about any code language, generally or mushclient wise.About Clok log, I don't know. I never use log myself. If I want to save output, I just do. And it's supposed to be where you save it.

It's been years since I took over the pack, and years of learning also. The next update, after I've learn more about how useful regexp can be with certain things...may have a lot of cool updates that actually work, sound wise.I can't promise to be able to add all of these in one go. But I'll try to implement as many as I can. Those of you who want certain stuff kept in the pack (such as sounds/tracks you like) can tell me so I don't end up deleting them to free space for this update.Possible changes:- rework all damage sounds. I'll try to find an absolute way to make nether related damage work properly this time.- Sounds for magic stuff that don't overlapse with the main damage stuff.- terrain specifics. You wouldn't hear the same kind of walking sound as when you're in town when you're actually in the forest, for example. Falling shouldn't make the same sound either depending on what you fall on. But I'll keep death sound the same way since it's been like that for super long and you guys are probably use to it already.- If possible, rework range weapon sounds to match damage rather than just one single sound for every number.Also, if you guys have strings I should gag, ones you really, really find annoying, please let me know.

I'll look into that. If the damage is normal like crush, it may not play as intended though cause the damage may overlapse wih normal strings. Can you give me the strings that don't work?Silver doesn't work with nethrim.

Unless you have it as high as me (1500-ish) or higher, you're pretty much safe (even though those *** are brutal). To train with mobs at this point proves very, very crazyly dangerous. If you guys hear someone ring the bell, don't be surprised. I'm just not good at initiating a spar so I'm better off alone for the most part.

What do you mean by "sounds being added to the pack as a whole for the public to have"? If you mean something like the pack being uploaded to github, I don't know how. Besides, I don't know if I'll be able to work as effiently as I can now if someone tries to change my pack code. I have 0 code knowledge. If they change it to something I don't know how to work with, then it's the end of my pack.And thank you by the way for the complement. Have to thank Sneaky for the original soundpack which I larnt from. It expanded so far from there. Never thought I'd manage.

There are two versions. The first is attached to mushclient in its own bundle. The second is a pack you need to put in your mushclient yourself.

Some newbs do use map. You can refer to it in some locations. Though for me personally, I don't touch that thing.1000 riln is easy enough to get though.

It's not easy. The maps are written, not linked to the code. And some exclusive locations aren't listed in the map. Tbh, maps aren't even needed, aren't even useful at al in the long run. Mind map and memory is the best as long as you're on a mud that's not coordinate-based.

If it's 1.09 then it's the latest. Also, the map doesn't work unless you use the storebought map..but even those maps are out of date cause clok zones update all the time depending on events and stuff.
