But, 1, I'm not sure if AT has it, and, 2, If they do, would I be able to upgrade to that phone from the GalaxyS9+. I've got a lot of apps and even a few games on my phone. I was an iOS user for nearly 9 years. and I feel that Samsung has finally gotten to be as equal to the latest version of Ios in terms of speed and how it does things. I love that fact that with Android, I can do so much that I really wasn't able to do with iOS. There's also AdGuard, which has a free and a premium version. The free one only blocks ads in browsers, but if you pay for premium (the price is very reasonable) you get blocking everywhere, as well as some other extra features. What's really neat is that when you plug in your android device, for me at least, you can use it as a pure device for charging, you can use it with debugging turned on, you can use it to transfer files, you can use it as a camera for your PC, you can use it as a MIDI input, etc. (I don't like my phone vendor; they *still*! haven't upgraded me to the latest android, locking me back at Android 7.0. Fucking assholes.) All you have to do is tap on one of the android system notifications that indicates your lugged in, unlock your phone and it'll pop u a menu of options. You have access to the internal storage of your device over USB which is great for saving data like music, ringtones, etc. That's right, just copy your audio files to a folder called ringtones or music and you get immediate access. It's much easier than using that bloated behemoth called iTunes. If you need it, you can also enable root access which gives you full access to the entire file system. Most people probably don't want or need this, but it's an option.I really like the fact that you can install a custom ROM onto devices. A custom ROM is essentially replacing the operating system that came with your device with something else. This has several benefits, one of which is that your device can run the latest version of Android even if the original manufacturer no longer supports it. You also gain the ability to use additional features that weren't present on the stock operating system, as well as the ability to get rid of bloat and other junk apps that might have come with the device.Android devices can be found at all price points which is really great! I looked at the specs and honestly it's not the fastest phone in the world,, 2 gigs of ram,, and it is 2 years old but apart from that I think it'll get the job done.If I'm still able to put eloquence on it,, I'll be happy.Does anyone know if the sound quality is the same or better than apples IPhone 6s? The problem about Eloquence is, well, you have to connect your phone to the Internet for the stupid DRM to check that you a valid copy of Eloquence or not. This is suck, because if you don't have Internet for 6 hours, I'd say you're gonna need to switch synthesizer for your phone. You have synthesizers to play around like dialpad and makeMe, sound generators that react while moving a finger on the screen, interesting, unknown and accessible choose option games, and basically you can rip the sounds of any .APK thing if you turn it in a .zip file.I personally do not like android since my version is quite outdated (6.0) and due to my phone's lack of accessibility, especially while answering calls or the glitch it has that if someone called me and I couldn't answer, some sounds go on the notch thing over the phhone... and I've been using android since 3 years now. I want to make the jump up to IOS since I have 5 years of a fresh and updated operating system, but lets see if I can because it's too expensive for me haha.Hope that helps and makes you more excited.Take care.Mike. All that, man if that stuf is still around, though hopefully gravity box is not gravity box P or something by now, or just gravity box. On a similar note, you can browse your phone's file system with a file manager (Samsung has one preinstalled called My Files, which is pretty good). You can customise the device to a huge degree and replace pretty much every default app with something else. Much more variety in TTS voices. There are system-wide ad blockers, which does not exist on iOS. There is a mod for the YouTube app that lets you watch videos in the background and blocks ads, among other things. There's much more of course, but I hope at least some of that is exciting to you.
