And now that they're indirectly clamping down on third party support I've haven't much of a reason to keep it going. About 9 times out of 10 whenever I try to login with Miranda, my account gets locked and I need to go through the security, and the fact that they know how similar your new password is to your old when they make you set up a new password makes it pretty clear how the plaintext password log could've happened.
