Re: what is keybase? @9, no, you don't. If you want to follow someone in the command-line, you can just do keybase id to verify that they exist and then keybase follow to follow them. The first command isn't necessary; just a simple use of keybase follow will do the trick. You gotta look at keybase help again -- you can do everything you can do from the GUI in the command-line (and then some). But I have used the command line to review and recover archived files and folders.The windows client gui could be coded better, but it is usable. A little frustrating, but I won't complain that much because at least there is one instead of forcing everyone to use the command line for every single thing.
