Re: Any accessible software for converting videos?

You could try Adapter, but its accessibility is slightly questionable, though it does have a wide list covering video, audio and image formats.

Any accessible software for converting videos?

Hi, i wanted to convert multiple .mkv videos from 1080p to 720p to save some space on my harddrive.I need something that can convert one folder with lots of video files at once and then delete original source videosI wanted to do it with freemake, but it is not perfectly acessible, and i need to open every video separatelly, and often it is stuck at50 percents and i must close it with task manager, evenafter 3 hours of waitting.Does anybody know the accessible software and instructions how to do it?Regards.

converting videos.

Hello.I have saved some video URLs and would like to convert them. I have the GUI version of youtube/dl, Not the latest one, that one doesn't have buttons labeled but an earlyer version.I know how to use it but am interested in converting the videos to the webM format. I've seen some clips in WebM and they are tiny. I converted a clip of someone reading harry potter in to webM and found it to be a lot bigger than the MP3 file I converted. I believe the WebM file was around 600 mb and the MP3 was around 400 MB.Has anyone on here worked with the WebM format and does it make videos a lot smaller? If so, what am I doing wrong?I'm not exactly sure how but I read an article where someone got a 100 and a bit mb file down to something crazy like 2 mb. If I could do that to the videos I have, i'd be shocked. Here is the article.https://rackfx.com/blog/mp3-vs-webm-aud … r-the-web/Can anyone help?
