Re: could this be a hardware issue? long shot, but it's always worth opening a command prompt as administrator and running a system file check with the command "sfc /scannow" without the quotes. this will fix or replace damaged system files. I wouldn't imagine that would give you the code 10 error, but still, it's worth checking all paths before you shell out $$$. could this be a hardware issue? hello.I am having a problem with my Bluetooth.I can't connect any devices to my pc via Bluetooth. so to try and fix it, I whent to device manager. and I looked at the Bluetooth HID device, and I saw this.This device cannot start. (Code 10)I googled how to fix it, and tried didn't work. updating drivers also didn't work.any ideas?
