It might seem overreactionary to you, but again, you have not been punished, merely asked not to take it any further. People here are infamous for pushing and trying to get as much out of things as they can, unfortunately, and thus I took action. But it was the gentlest action I could take in an official capacity. Ok, so first you say, no, no, no! sharing this is piracy, how dare you want to not spend over $1000 on something that you can get with windows on it that can be more capable in some ways. Ok, sure, thats apple and apple things are known to be expensive, and they usually support devices for about 4 year sometimes 5 befor etelling you to upgrade with newer releases of there operating systems, and that goes for there computers and mobile devices. Well, heres the thing. I didn't ask for the entire process, i'm not being sneaky. I clearly even, in the title mind you, pointed out that i'm not asking for anyone to share, just so this topic where i ask for help after i do everything on my own but run into a problem at the end, because i don't want others to give me a completed working vm. I, however, am asking, i have this problem after i do everything like i'm supposed to, and it doesn't start up for me and crashes vmware, and that might not even be mac VM specific that it could happen to. So, really, i think that caution, no matter how minor, is complete and utter bullshit. I agree with it was either 9 or 10, but really, the administration has declined. Asking where to get something that isn't commonly known or nott worth buying if you already have it? against rules. asking for help on something you already did yourself/ against the rules. wanting to get a taste of what a thousand dollar or higher machine could [ossibly be like, and taking som escarafices like no imessage, facetime, and to my noledge no USB? against rules. seriously. I get the last one because your freely distributing a OS that is paid, but you waltz in here, on a topic that asks for help not a hand holding through the process to see what you did wrong, and say, nah, your pushin it, buddy. Thats like asking if anyone else has an issue setting up a pair of bluetooth headphones that require a certain driver and files to be put somewhere, but you do that and because fo something out of your control, it doesn't play audio in the blueTooth headset, even when it pairs, then saying oh no, no, no! your asking for someone to give you a already made windows instalation that has been tested to work fine, but you aren't paying for that windows instalation, hmm. Re: help with macOS VM (don't share) yes, @3. i did atttach the vmdk file that i had as the hardrive, and i ran the unlocker as admin. i did get a file not found vmware vm-stats.exe, but from what i've heard everyone gets that, and nowhere can get em the actual file its looking for so i don't know if its that. I do have apple macOS as the options when creating the virtural machine. Re: help with macOS VM (don't share) Hi.Are you sure you installed everything correctly?What you need to do with the unlocker is admin CMD into the directory witch should be on the same drive as your VM and access the file win-install.cmdTo check if this worked go create a new VM, click install os later and see in the list if you have mac OS in there.Regarding the harddrive, keep in mind that when you open the Mac vm you need to remove the harddrive first and then ad the harddrive file that comes with the VM.At least for me it worked then.At 2, I don't see a reason that op might get a warning. This is not piracy, noone shared the VM, at least till now, and he's just asking. It's the same basically talking about audio descriptive movies, which is allowed, but not how to opptain them for free, i hope you get my point.Greetings Moritz.
