Re: playable Xbox games @3If you have your console's location set to US, you then get access to the "game transcription" menu, which then allows you to turn on "let games read to me" which is the feature that enables menu narration in supported titles.@4You haven't really missed anything. It's just that explaining how everything works in a non-live format where interested parties like yourself can't ask questions and have the player respond is very difficult. Not that I won't create anything like that in the future, but it's not the easiest thing to work with as everyone's on a different level. I, for instance, learnt the ropes from a sighted player in Gears 4, but understood the basic ideas after having played Halo before that.@5Horde is the only viable mode without sighted assistance, though you'll either need bots or a team to get past a certain point really. That certain point depends on both your skill and the enemies you have to take down, as well as your map choice. I personally play Forge as it's the map I enjoyed most and is easiest to work with in terms of lines of sight.@6I was informed once that camera shake reduces recoil on your guns as it's tied to the camera, though I don't know how accurate that information is. Re: playable Xbox games I'd love to hear some sort of Gears 5 from first principles playthrough. @sightlesskombat, I've watched your Youtube videos, but unless I'm missing something, they all kind of dive in assuming you have previous understanding of other Gears games, unless I'm missing an earlier point in the series that does exactly what I'm asking about. I'd like to be guided from setting up a match with bots, to how to reach/interact with the fabricator, to how to actually fight. Tried stuff on my own but just end up lost. Re: playable Xbox games If you are into extremely violent, over the top mature shooters and haven't tried Gears 5, it has near full menu narration and as a result Horde mode is pretty playable with the right options (target lock and Fabricator Ping enabled as well as camera shake turned off). If you play on Forge, you'll have a better time in my experience as the lines of sight are easier to work with. You can even use a sniper rifle pretty effectively with enough practice. Playing with bots, whilst not ideal, is a good substitute until you get to know other players who are willing to assist. playable Xbox games so as everyone knows, I got my new xbox for christmas which I am absolutely loving by the way, its the xbox 1x. I have gamepass and such, but I need some recommendations from the community, I have about 8 games so far, pretty much all in the fighting category, and madden nfl 20, which if someone has time, I really need help with figuring out, I really haven't been able to understand the vibration and audio queues to know what does what, I wish there was some kind of training mode for that. Also, can someone recommend more games, in any category that can be plaied by us? I'm willing to try anything, if given a description of what the game is, and how the accessibility works. Thanks all.
