If they add newly installed programs to the launcher, then a new lens would just be redundant and clutter. What about automatically adding newly installed apps to the launcher, along with an animation to show you where it went. I know there's an option to move an app to the launcher now, but having it by default will make it easier for new users. I notice when initially opening the unity lens with +A and apps that I've recently used are at the top and "Installed Apps is below" if I expand that by clicking See all apps, all my apps are listed and it stays expanded the next time I use unity. You can also get to this list by using then clicking on "More Apps" Hope this helps. ~jdo ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ayatana Post to : ayatana@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ayatana More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
