My grandson's birthday is April 14 and I always bake him a cake (Menlo 
Park)because his Mummy (my daughter) died of breast cancer.  The other batch of 
dates would work for me (April 8-11) as then I could just fly on to CA.   :-)

The Salt Lake Plaza Hotel has a really good special going on during part of
April, 2014.

The special is stay 3 nights (at $85 USD + taxes) and get the 4th night free
(regularly $129 a night).

This would be from Monday, April 14th, through Sunday, April 20th, 2014.
Our conference would run from Tuesday, April 15th through Friday, April
18th.  EASTER SUNDAY is April 20th.

So, if we pick the above dates, would it impact our attendance?  If you were
to join us, would those dates work for you if you are considering joining us
(we are not going to hold you to it).

The other dates we are thinking of are Tuesday, April 8 through Friday,
April 11, 2014.  We would get the group rate of $85 USD a night, but no
special of stay 3 nights and get the 4th night free.

Yes, because we are looking at the airfares.  Yipes!  Hoping that
sweetening the hotel deal will compensate the airfare (if it stays that
high).
