Maybe, but I've been interrupted many times today and so maybe I over looked that one. I'm guess you are saying that it was misfilmed and a duplicate of image 131. It's hard for me to tell at night with the bad lighting here. You have the bionic eyes, so if you see it's the same then I'll tell them it's the same. Whether or not they delete it may be a different story. Cheri, did you check my previous email? There's nothing wrong, when you look at it...the 1/2 page # 130 is a bad take. Click next to image # 131 and you will have the full image. There's nothing wrong with anyone's browser, either. If they should take any action is to simply to delete image # 130, since it seems to be creating confusion. Definitely gets chopped in half. I think they are probably seeing the 1/2 and thinking that is all there is to the record. My suggestion is to save the truncated image. Download another page and draw a rectangle on the image containing a full graphic of the area hat is missing on the bad image. When you send them the two, they may get a better idea of what is actually missing on the truncated image. Cheri, The one half page you're looking at is a bad image. Click forward to image 131 and you will see the full page. IT uploaded it in error. Yeah, well, they said it's my problem with my browser and I'm pretty sure it's not. They say it displays fine on their end with IE. It drives me crazy when there's a technical problem and IT people say, "Well just use _." (Fill in with the browser of your choice). FTDNA likes to say "Use Chrome." The CCA likes to say "Use IE." Cmon now, we can't be bouncing around like that. It needs to display correctly on ALL browsers or someone's not doing their job in quality control. And if it's one image, that should mean the error is on their end. But you can't tell them that. Let's see what others are seeing and I'll report it back to them.
