[Bacula-users] Tape SL150 (Oracle). Drive Read-Only. Licence?

2019-06-20 Thread Jose Alberto
Hi. I have an Oracle SL150 library of 2 Drive LTO5 and 96 Slot.

One of the 2 Slots does not write. weof show me result: read-only

The other drive if you write without problems.

It is possible that at a physical level there is some blockage by license
to be able to use the 2 drives completely.

Regars.

You don’t use "Maximum Volume Bytes" for tape volumes.

Hi,

I not an expert but i use disk storage and if y have a "Maximum Volume Bytes"
when the max arrived , Bacula mount a new file.

For the tape it's the same.

so you can put 800+ GB (to be confirmed)

Re: [Bacula-users] Configuration difficulty

2019-06-20 Thread Marcin Haba
Hello Heitor,

Thanks for your idea about running Baculum as bacula user. Yes, in
some cases I am sure that it will be more user-friendly. I run Baculum
with default web server user to "fit" it to the system. We have couple
of ways to install Bacula:

- by distribution packages
- by packages from Bacula project
- by manual compilation from sources

Baculum should work well with all these cases, also in systems without
bacula user.

Summary from my side is that the idea is good and it should work well
in cases when bacula user is on place.

Best regards.

Re: [Bacula-users] Baculum error config MaximumBandwidth

2019-06-20 Thread Marcin Haba
Hello Wanderlei,

Yes, it is a bug. There is missing control to support speed value and
it causes that it is not possible to set speed type directives.

I will fix it soon. Thanks for finding it.

Best regards.

Hi Team ,

I require the baseurl/repo path ( required in /etc/yum.redpos.d/Bacula.repo)

The following site
