Re: Preview in Safari 13.0.1

2020-12-25 Thread ego...@gmail.com
The Preview Helpers preference panel lists all web browsers on your
machine which are available to preview HTML documents.
You can either delete the old version of the helper from the list and
manually add back the app which should show the version installed. “Restore
Defaults” button will likely refresh the list for you. Chapter 10 of the
BBEdit manual should have a great description of the Preview Helpers.
Imagine the auto updating of the list depends on the OS version and the
BBEdit version you're using.

Re: Edit Show Clipboard (BBEdit 10)

2015-01-03 Thread ego...@gmail.com
BBEdit 10.5 Release Notes
http://www.barebones.com/support/bbedit/arch_bbedit105.html includes this:

   -

The Show Clipboard command on the Edit menu has been retired. It now
   lives on a farm upstate.

 Hello all,

I'm browsing the tutorial and I'm surprised to see a feature that does not
seem to appear in the interface.

On page 22, it says Like the Finder, BBEdit has a Show Clipboard command
on the Edit menu. But I've been checking the Edit menu (and all the other
menus for that matter) to no avail.

I can find a Previous/Next Clipboard at the bottom of the Edit menu, but a
Show Clipboard is nowhere to be seen.

 Am I missing something ?

Re: Seeking for last version with PowerPC support and Tiger support

2011-09-11 Thread ego...@gmail.com
The latest PPC version was 9.6.3 which I know works on Leopard, not
sure about latest to work on Tiger.

Suggest you contact Bare Bones Sales Customer Support:

Can you please point me to location where I can download a version of
BBEdit which would run on my hardware (Power Mac, OS X Tiger).
Are payments still accepted for previous versions?
Also, what happened to BBEdit Lite project? (It was once free editor,
a subset of BBEdit w/o language coloring.)

Re: markup color

2010-12-23 Thread ego...@gmail.com
Take a look at bbcolors
http://groups.google.com/group/bbedit/browse_thread/thread/c4509114adad181a/b0536c8603ee3a0d?lnk=gstq=bbcolors#b0536c8603ee3a0d

There are several good combinations to either use as is or as a great
starting point that you can tweak.

If the link doesn't work just search this group for bbcolors
