After activating, it moved over a POP account that he no longer uses and doesn't know the pw to. Any idea how to delete it? We created a Verizon BIS account and it isn't showing the POP account. You Need to contact the Provider under which the Pop Account has ben created. Otherwise the provider will keep pushing it. If this was Done already And the Service Book came back then just delete the pop3 Service Books from the device and remove the battery.
