You Need to contact the Provider under which the Pop Account has ben created. Otherwise the provider will keep pushing it. If this was Done already And the Service Book came back then just delete the pop3 Service Books from the device and remove the battery. I can confirm this, as when I re-activate my device the servicebook for my old @att.blackberry.net email comes down even though that account is no longer setup through BIS on my device.
