If everyone pays the developer for theyr work, and only with an small price, we
would have more and better games, on every system!

I am with Kelly on this suggestion for the Windows titles to be released as
freeware. Imagine the numbers of people that will be able to say hey I played
a game written originally by James North! Kind of cool, huh?

There may be people out there who haven’t bought the titles for one reason or

Windows titles (and still play them to this day), there was one game I was
considering buying a couple months ago, but held off after reading the
announcement posted in February.

In any case, it’ll be interesting to see how these games will work on
devices like the iPhone. I generally have had poor luck using the tilt feature
of the device in games, as I find it rather inaccurate. I’ve got an Xbox 360
controller, but don’t know if that will work with the phone or not.

Thanks.

I think this is a very good idea, as the Xbox is now accessible in

it.

I am an Xbox 1X user.

I would like to make another suggestion. Port your titles to
the xBox since there are a lot of blind people on that platform.

Do think about releasing the Windows version of the games free
since Windows version of the games are not going to be supported.

Hi all,

First off, let me thank you for all of the support
we’ve gotten in regard to our announcement today.

It really means a lot to us and really is an
inspiration as we move forward.

We also want to extend our understanding and apologies
to all of you who feel excluded or left out. This is absolutely not our
intention, and I hope that is obvious. :) We would never dream of making
members of our own community feel that way.

Our decision really has to come down to what we can and
can’t provide. As we mentioned, we are a small company and we want to do the
best we can to continue to provide the highest-quality products that we can
produce, so that we can offer the rich gaming experience that you’ve come to
expect from us, and that we hold ourselves to offering.

Regarding the platforms that we will be available on;
We are not limiting ourselves to any one of the Apple platforms. For now,
change Reaction and Silver Dollar are available on the Mac because of their
older code-base. We are planning to update these to bring them to all apple
platforms. Going forward, we are planning on all titles being available on all
Apple platforms. The only exception to this might be the Apple Watch as some
games may not be appropriate for the small format. So I hope this clears this
up.

Again, our apologies for any inconvenience this may
cause. We sure hope that you choose to come along for the ride with us. As I
said, your support and excitement really go a long way to keeping us doing what
we do.

We hope you’ll be with us on this journey.

Cheers!

First let me say that this is awesome news. One thing that I would like to
suggest is since the Windows version of these games are going a way.
Why not make these titles free. Then those who have never played those games
will have that chance. I own most of these titles myself.

Hello,
you need the intern ip adress of your machine, maybe 192.168.100.20 and this is
the one you give in the Online Trading.

It is a time ago, that I did this.

Thanks

I have a desktop and a laptop and have an installation of the game on each. In
the past, I've accidentally tried to launch Manamon twice on the same machine
and got a message about not being allowed to have two instances of the game
running on the same machine.

So, now that I know it can be done, i.e. trading in the manner I discussed in
my first post, how do I get the two games to speak to one another? I was able
to grab my IP address from both machines, but am still unable to make both
instances of the game communicate with one another.

Also, regarding the guide, pity that no one has written one. If there were
better mapping tools in the game, e.g. a coordinates system, I'd consider at
least starting some sort of guide. In any instance, I was hoping for one as
there is a puzzle I am trying to figure out and am having no luck... alas...

Again, thanks for the answer, but if I may indulge a bit more, would you--any
of you--be so kind as to help me through getting my laptop and desktop
installations of Manamon to communicate with one another?

Re: [blind-gamers] Manamon questions

2020-07-01 Thread Stephan H.
Hello,
it is not possible to have two installations of Manamon1 on the same Laptop/PC.
But you can have one installation on an laptop an one on an PC or another
device.
And if they are in the same Network, you can trade about the same network
adress.

In Manamon2 there is the trading system another and you don’t need an network
adress.

In Manamon2 you can trade your manamons from manamon1 only, if you have
completed the main game. Then you can visit the special building in brythenburg
City.

So I know, there is still no walkthrough or guide for Manamon2.

Greats
