I'm not sure for that specific problem.  But I would make sure you have
 the following:
 - correct pilot number configured under telephony-service
 - a dial-peer that forwards all to cue
 - a working dial-peer for cue
 - conferencing configured
 - the cue pilot number configured in cue

I'm leaning towards the cue pilot number not being configured.  I
believe its on a page called VM Configuration

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] IPCC script problem

2010-06-24 Thread Oktem, Sedat
Hi,

We are using IPCC version 4.0 I have a couple of scripts which handles incoming
calls. I have a problem with different scripts at the same time. When a call
comes JTAPI trigger 6200 is triggered and script starts to run. A record plays
in which asks whether the caller wants the dial an extension or not. If you
dial an extension the script redirects the call to dialed extension number. Up
to now everything is working fine. But while redirecting I am selecting Called
Address to destination or the variable itself but It still passes the called
number as JTAPI trigger number. This is a big problem for me right now does
anyone have an idea about the possible causes and solutions? Thanks in advance.

Regards.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Meet Me Confrence Wont Allow More than 8 Callers

2010-06-24 Thread Wilson.Samuel

Hi All,

Stuck with a relatively easy issue.

I have got Meet Me Conf. configured, things work great as long as the callers
are less than or equal to 8. The 9th caller cant join the conference.

Btw, I have changed the default configuration (number of unicast Meet Me conf
in the Service Parameters) and we do have PVDM2-64 on the router configured as
Conf. Bridge and its registered.

Any hint would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

I have a question,

when I'm configuring the Agent Desktop IMAP and SMTP settings I get the

I've asked the exchange admin to confirm that the settings were correct on

Off the top of my head..

 In UCCX Platform

 1. Add Email CSQ via App Admin
 2. Add Skills to Email CSQ via App Admin
 3. Setup SMTP and IMAP via CDA Web Interface
 (ipaddress:6923/teamadmin/main.cda I believe)

 In Exchange

 4. Create Mailbox user, ie: UCCX_MailUser
 5. Create distribution group, ie: sa...@cisco.com
 6. Add Mailbox user as the sole member of the distribution group
 created in step 5

In UCCX Platform (via CDA web interface)

 7. Associate email of distribution group from step 5 to email csq from
 step 1
 8. Fin-

Login to CAD, assuming agent has the skills associated to the email
csq 2 new buttons will become available, email ready/not ready

That's about it. I'll have a full write up on my website soon
(work+travel pending) including some addition troubleshooting steps
 you're likely to encounter.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Mobile voice access asking userid rather then pin

Hi,

It seems that I have an issue getting the MVA oerational.

Actually I use a H323 gatway connected to the CUCM, so when I call from my

rather than getting the pin prompt.

I did a trace on the CUCM then it seems that my remote destination is properly

Hi,

It seems that I have an issue getting the MVA oerational.

Actually I use a H323 gatway connected to the CUCM, so when I call from my
remote destination I have the prompt saying Please enter your userid ...
rather than getting the pin prompt.

I did a trace on the CUCM then it seems that my remote destination is properly

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] RE : Mobile voice access a sking userid rather then pin

2010-06-24 Thread naoufal.kerboute
check the caller id coming from pstn to UCM and youe remote destination number.
May be you need to apply any transformation in the calling number to match the
remote destination number

Hi all,

I'm working on lab2 Vol10 section gatekeeper, and I have a
problem when calling from UCM to BR2 via the CUBE. The call routed correctly

Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Meet Me Confrence Wont Allow More than 8 Callers

2010-06-24 Thread Wilson.Samuel
Hi Bill,

Thanks for your email.

The IOS needed for more than 8 users is I guess 12.4(13), but we have
12.4(22)T3, so that’s not the issue.

However indeed there is a command for “ maximum conference-participants “ which
I guess has solved the issue.

Btw, is there any good guide which explains the details of the different modes
of the DSPFarms,

Kind Regards
Wilson Samuel

I believe you need a specific version of IOS to provide that functionality
(sorry, don't have it handy) and you also need to set max-participants 8 or 16,
under the CFB config on the gateway, I believe.

How many sessions did you authorized in the CFB on the Router?

Wilson Samuel

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Issue with remote phone to register with SRST

2010-06-24 Thread ccievoice_oks

Hi ,

This morning , I have tried to register my 7960 phone with BR1-RTR in
SRST mode .
A CCM group was configured with only the sub to perform that without
disturbing the other phones.
When I put my sub down , I saw my phone in the process to register with
the BR1 router but the connection was never established.

is there any requirements for remote phones to register with the SRST ?

Thanks

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] HWIC-4ESW POE issue

2010-06-24 Thread Deepak sidana
Hi All,

I am in process of setting home lab, i am facing a problem with HWIC-4ESW.
I have crated L2 L3 vlans(vlan 200,400) on BR-II Router. configure the
ports with following commands.

switchport trunk native vlan 200
 switchport mode trunk
 switchport voice vlan 400

i have also tried pppoe enable command under interface, but its also not
helpul.

When i plug the IP Phone, it does't recive the power,so vlan does't come up.If
i plug my laptop driectly to port
it work fine.

Please suggest how to make the HWIC-4ESW Power enabled.

If you just have a HWIC-4ESW, you won't have PoE. In order to have PoE you
needs to have a HWIC-4ESW-POE module. You can try all you want, but you will
never be able to enable PoE with a HWIC-4ESW module.

BTW adding the PoE daughter card will do no good unless you have the PoE
version of the power supply in the router as well

You will need to correct PS as well. For example, if you have a 2811 you
would need the PWR-2811-IP= + the POE daughter card.

Nauofal -

Make sure your gatekeeper trunk in UCM has these settings:
- Media Termination Point Required (checked)
- Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set (unchecked)
- MRGL set with an MRG that has a SW MTP setup on the HQ router
- No outbound FastStart
- Inbound SlowStart only required for SIP phones (due to Early Offer)

Make sure you setup a software MTP on the HQ gateway:

Nevermind, I removed the ccm credentials and saw the following. I must have
missed it when I originally added them.

CUE(config-jtapi)# no ccm-man credentials hidden
Save the change to startup configuration and reload the module for the new
