[OSL | CCIE_Voice] IPCC script problem
Hi, We are using IPCC version 4.0 I have a couple of scripts which handles incoming calls. I have a problem with different scripts at the same time. When a call comes JTAPI trigger 6200 is triggered and script starts to run. A record plays in which asks whether the caller wants the dial an extension or not. If you dial an extension the script redirects the call to dialed extension number. Up to now everything is working fine. But while redirecting I am selecting Called Address to destination or the variable itself but It still passes the called number as JTAPI trigger number. This is a big problem for me right now does anyone have an idea about the possible causes and solutions? Thanks in advance. Regards. Sedat Oktem IT and Systems Maersk Denizcilik A.Ş. Ataturk Cd. Hi, It seems that I have an issue getting the MVA oerational. Actually I use a H323 gatway connected to the CUCM, so when I call from my remote destination I have the prompt saying Please enter your userid ... rather than getting the pin prompt. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Meet Me Confrence Wont Allow More than 8 Callers
Hi Bill, Thanks for your email. The IOS needed for more than 8 users is I guess 12.4(13), but we have 12.4(22)T3, so that’s not the issue. However indeed there is a command for “ maximum conference-participants “ which I guess has solved the issue. I have got Meet Me Conf. configured, things work great as long as the callers are less than or equal to 8. The 9th caller cant join the conference. Btw, I have changed the default configuration (number of unicast Meet Me conf in the Service Parameters) and we do have PVDM2-64 on the router configured as Conf. Bridge and its registered. Any hint would be greatly appreciated. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Issue with remote phone to register with SRST
Hi , This morning , I have tried to register my 7960 phone with BR1-RTR in SRST mode . A CCM group was configured with only the sub to perform that without disturbing the other phones. When I put my sub down , I saw my phone in the process to register with the BR1 router but the connection was never established. is there any requirements for remote phones to register with the SRST ? Thanks Oliver ___ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com

When i plug the IP Phone, it does't recive the power,so vlan does't come up.If i plug my laptop driectly to port it work fine. Please suggest how to make the HWIC-4ESW Power enabled. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] HWIC-4ESW POE issue
If you just have a HWIC-4ESW, you won't have PoE. In order to have PoE you needs to have a HWIC-4ESW-POE module. You can try all you want, but you will never be able to enable PoE with a HWIC-4ESW module. BTW adding the PoE daughter card will do no good unless you have the PoE version of the power supply in the router as well Graham On 24 Jun 2010, at 20:54, Adam Thompson phoe...@fatturtle.com wrote: If you just have a HWIC-4ESW, you won't have PoE. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] HWIC-4ESW POE issue
You will need to correct PS as well. For example, if you have a 2811 you would need the PWR-2811-IP= + the POE daughter card. Nevermind, I removed the ccm credentials and saw the following. I must have missed it when I originally added them. CUE(config-jtapi)# no ccm-man credentials hidden Save the change to startup configuration and reload the module for the new changes to take effect.
