Hello, the correct command is:

isdn protocol-emulate network on the network side. This will emulate
your telco ISDN network.
Why did you remove the network-clock-participate command?

About the rmcm user not showing under cucm:

Just go to uccx , log in to appadmin page, system menu Cisco Unified CM
Configuration RmCm subystem section, change it to different name , then
click ok , check cucm application users page , it will be there , then change
it back in uccx to the old user name and ok.

Hope that helps.

All, I had a very frustrating session this morning. I could not login to the

already loaded. When I tried to save any changes, just got ‘Connecting’ in the

loaded two other labs, same issue. It seems the Pod29 was extremely messed up.
Saturday’s session loaded a completely different lab from the one I requested.
Had to revert and load again, 25 minutes down the drain.

 Hi All,

I don't know what to say or whom to complain to?

This's the second day I'm having difficulty in working in my online sessions
with Proctorlabs vracks.

I contacted supp...@ipexpert.com and supp...@proctorlabs.com and afterhours
support but no one answering

Yesterday I asked the support if I can extend my current session by booking a
new following session but no one answered. I tried booking a new following
session hoping it will be linked up automatically but unfortunately it didn't.

So after that I had to stop my work after feeling frustrated.

Today I booked three consecutive sessions but the same problem happened again
but in a different form.
I noticed the remaining time is 3 hrs and 40 minutes in the first session and
informed the support guys but no one is answering.
After finishing my first session, I thought it will be disconnected but the
remaining time changed to 24 hours. Okay feeling happy with the new hours but
then maybe after about 30 minutes I found my telnet session got disconnected
and I can't access them or access the servers and after refreshing my account
at Proctorlabs site , I found the pod has changed. So means everything has gone.

The sessions were not linked-up as what they told us.

I just wonder whom to complain in such cases?

BTW,I also schedule sessions in the other competitor company vracks but to say
the truth I found their support and response are very good. Not only that but
they gave me back my credits and more.

Thanks for any help and regards.

When you say L1 and L2 are you talking about layer 1 and 2 of the OSI Model?

SIDE in that case

controller t1 0/0/0
clock source line -L1 Network Side (This is by default
enable no need to add it)

and for L2: USER SIDE do we need to add any additional commands under serial
interface 0/0/0:23 ?

Thanks

Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] CCIE_Voice Digest, Vol 89, Issue 5

2013-07-01 Thread Rahm
.

So after that I had to stop my work after feeling frustrated.

Today I booked three consecutive sessions but the same problem happened
again but in a different form.
I noticed the remaining time is 3 hrs and 40 minutes in the first
session and informed the support guys but no one is answering.
After finishing my first session, I thought it will be disconnected but
the remaining time changed to 24 hours. Okay feeling happy with the new
hours but then maybe after about 30 minutes I found my telnet session got
disconnected and I can't access them or access the servers and after
refreshing my account at Proctorlabs site , I found the pod has changed. So
 means everything has gone.

The sessions were not linked-up as what they told us.

I just wonder whom to complain in such cases?

BTW,I also schedule sessions in the other competitor company vracks but
to say the truth I found their support and response are very good. Not only
that but they gave me back my credits and more.

Thanks for any help and regards.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Lab Query

2013-07-01 Thread Kapuria, Aman
Hey Guys,

Do we have access to the Help page within the CUCM in lab? Do they block it?
Can you click on service parameters to get the description?

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUE Live Reply and Notification

2013-07-01 Thread Kapuria, Aman
Hi Guys,

I have few queries related to CUE. Appreciate if someone can comment from
their experience with CUE.

1. I can't seem to get live reply working in CUE integrated with CME
(Ref# IPExpert 5 Labs lab 4). I get This message cannot get a reply or
something along those lines. Has anyone tested this?

2. For notification, I can't seem to get CUE to call out to PSTN
(notification device) when a message is left for the user. Notification is
enabled system wide, enabled on the user, notification destination is specified
within CUE, there is no restriction table, and notification is enabled for all
messages 24x7. I can't see CUE even trying to call out (debug on CME).

3. Finally, do we get GUI access to cue in lab? For advanced cue tasks I
think it would be good to have access to GUI.

Aman Kapuria
