[ccp4bb] adding H to DNA
Dear all: I encountered problem in adding hydrogen to my model including protein and DNA components using phenix.ready_set or phenix.reduce. Hydrogens are only added to protein but not to DNA. Any ideas of fixing the problem? Many thanks and best regards sheng

Dear all When I was playing around with Nucplot to generate diagram for dsDNA/Protein complex, the base pairs are displayed as letters. There must be a way of showing the bases as squares, a better illustration, but I cannot find a way of changing it in the nucplot.par. Does anyone know how to deal with it? Many thanks! [ccp4bb] DNA geometry
Dear all: Is there software or web-server that can measure DNA geometry (PDB coordinates) precisely, such as groove width, helix diameter, helix axis, base tilt angle, helix rise per base pair. It is surely doable to measure and estimate them manually, but I am just wondering if there are better ways or automatic ways. Many thanks sheng
