In Timeline, RMB on an edit, choose "Bar Color..." option and near
the X
(cancel) icon should be there the Default button.
Picture added to show, before and after.

I don't remember where and who but somebody have reported that issue.

Yes, preobraz/ugin reported this BUT we are confused and do not see
the problem. Can anyone show how it used to work versus how it now
works incorrectly?

Yes, Dbl means Double. The reason it is Double and not Fine is
because it is a Double line -- some people will not like that even
though it looks better to me, instead of 1 pixel width, it is 2.
Ooh, Okay. I thought it were a kind of reFinement in the antialiasing

Thanks for change to "Anti-Aliasing" in the tooltip.

Andrea: Will look at automatic keyframes. The tooltip was not checked into
GIT since it was a 1 line change so since you do your own builds, that is
why you did not see it, but IgorB did.

2019-12-30 Thread Igor BEGHETTO
Thanks Phyllis/GG for the Ub16_20191230 build. Unfortunately it is too
late to test better for the mounth release, in my case.

Like Andrea quick test, here on UbuntuStudio_16.04 on a temporary Computer.
However,...
- Sketcher plugin:
Phyllis wrote: "GG added Anti-Alias as a tooltip"
For me would be better Antialiasing or AntiAlising or Anti-Aliasing.
Alias means another thing, like different names for the same person.
Off-On-Dbl option. Do you means Double for Dbl? Maybe, they would sound
user friendly Off-Normal-Fine.

Antialisiasing works very well. Thanks
I saw the Wheel function for rotate. Very good, Thanks.

Andrea_paz wrote: "it seems to me that the automatic keyframes don't
work and the tooltip Anti-Alias doesn't work."
In UbuntuStudio16.04 it works right. Tooltip is showed when the mouse
pointer is over, and the keyframes work when the "automatic keyframes"
icon is enabled in Program window.

- Color Picker:
Default button is missed.
I don't remember where and who but somebody have reported that issue.

Next days, and then next new year, I will try the new Nested and
Open_EDL feature.

Thank you so much for your work.

Great improvments, thank you very much.
I don't have much time these days, but at a first, quick test, it
seems to me that the automatic keyframes don't work and the tooltip
"Anti-Alias" doesn't work. When I have time I will do more in-depth
tests. There's no hurry!

Re: [Cin] Request: Sketcher plugin and Antialiasing

2019-12-25 Thread Igor BEGHETTO

Wow! I have seen the demo. Very good.
I would change the Off, On, Dbl labels to Off, AA, AA+
AA means AntiAliasing.
Or, like in other pull down menu:
AA (with a strike line on it)
AA
AA+

And, if possible, an hint when you are over it (Antialiasing).

I would like to test it, and the new nesting feature, on a
Ubuntu16.04-LiveDVD next days.

If you can make a build for me, I thank you.
(waiting for another, used, Notebook, I will test on an old Desktop PC)

I agree and possibly would also like to implement presets of
shapes, rotations and scaling (as in the mask tool).

Rotating and Scaling will be worked on (but not tomorrow on Christmas
day). An attempt to add presets of shapes ended as a complete disaster
as an attempt to port Mask presets was a totally different design.
Decision was made to not add shapes because to make a
square/rectangle/triangle and even a circle is trivial with just 3, 4,
or 5 points (for a circle you just make a box using Line and then
switch to Curve) while the programming time would be days.
