Even if there is a problem in the code, nobody wants to investigate old code problems which might have been fixed already. It's just about possible that there's a routing issue in Sweden but I think it's unlikely as there will be other ClamAV users there. Maybe we could get an order of magnitude figure from the ClamAV team? You could set up a VPN so you could get downloads via another country to see if that made any difference.
