As always, thanks for all the hard work!

AFAICT, I'm still getting these warnings when using lein-cljsbuild
1.0.3, clojurescript 0.0-2199, and clojure 1.6.0. Are there extra
flags I need to set to avoid them? They happen under whitespace and
advanced.
