Anyone going to be there? If there is no official OpenMoko
representation, perhaps one of you would organize a BoF?

Mickey, Harald, and I will all be there. This will be our one year
anniversary where things all began ;-)

You'll be welcome to come here to Spain! :) By the way, as I seem to be the
only Spaniard here, do you know the meaning of 'Moko' in Spanish? It's hard
to tell people here about your great platform after they listen to its name!
It might be a marketing barrier when the phone reaches Spanish speaking
countries... Hopefully, the phone will be too good and it won't be a problem
;) Congratulations!

wasn't the chevrolet nova one of the last cars to be marketed by
just one name worldwide? It wasn't such a great product name for
Spanish speakers.

Call the phone a neo and tell people it's from FIC. And put a sticker
on the back. :)

Having owned a 1975 Nova, I'll just say that it was a singularly
well-named car. Or at least it would have been, if I were Spanish.

Here's a couple of interesting Moko origins.

A Google image search for Moko returns some cool Maori Moko (face) tats.
