Re: [Coworking] Coaching subscription

2019-01-21 Thread Tony Bacigalupo
Hey Trey,

Welcome! I think offering coaching services alongside membership is a great
idea that more spaces should be looking into.

Have you considered making it an option that a member can upgrade to, like
a personal trainer at a gym?

As for determining whether there's a market—do you know people personally
who are potential customers? Can you ask them what they think?

[Coworking] number of electrical outlets in offices

2019-01-21 Thread Katrina Dye
Hi Everyone,

Just curious how many electrical outlets is standard for an office. Our
offices aren't closed top, and include one outlet along with data ports.
Offices are 10X12, can we just add a good power bar?

1 additional outlet per office is running about 3K.

Thanks!!

Same as Angel - people who are willing to join at any of our flex
memberships while on the waiting list for a dedicated spot get priority.

Bonus besides the revenue is that they get involved sooner - and it weeds
out the people who just want space.

1. Has this Membership sold well?
2. Is it easy to manage?
3. Does the Member commit to the service for a designated length of time?
4. What’s your process if someone bails on the Membership and you’re still
receiving mail?

I appreciate you sharing your experiences! Thank you.

We have a membership that offers a suite number and mail service, it's
$80/month but they are considered members and so they get access to the member
only rates for conference rooms. They don't get to use the coworking spaces but
they can book the conference rooms at the member rate and have access to the
other member discounts we offer.

This is all surprising as we don't have any issues with ezeep at all!

Maybe we got lucky with our printer/server/integration combo.

FYI our ezeep is integrated with OfficeRnD which seems to work a treat.

[Coworking] Re: Printing - Cloud Solution?

2019-01-21 Thread Eric Haas
Hey Tatjana, and coworking colleagues!

I have recently installed eZeep and integrated two printers on this
facililty.
The big important advantage is that users no longer have to install (and
update) drivers on their workkstations...
Plus eZeep offers a good reporting function, allowing me as the space
manager to download csv files that allow for the appropriate management
info and drilldowns.
I have experienced the eZeep team as quite dedicated and very supportive,
helping me to get issues and problems solved.
Main reason I have chosen for eZeep over papercut is that one of my
printers (a bit outdated but still brilliant) heavy Ricoh machine was no
longer accessible for Mac computers.

>From this month on we're gonna work with the eZeep in the workspace, but my
first impression is good.
We can print from any device and from all locations, also remote.

Best regards!
Eric
