[Coworking] Re: phone room for lots of calls at once?

2017-08-09 Thread Josh Freed
Alex.

In one of our spaces, we have offices that are divided by 4 dedicated
desks. This rooms were setup and offered as a louder room for those that
make more phone calls or attend more meetings than most. They all use head
phones and spend most of the day on some sort of call. The room never has
an open desk. I think if the rooms are offered with that in mind, it works
well. The offices are 12x12 and include 4 sit/stand desks.

Hope that helps give an example.

[Coworking] Re: Space/Desk "Reservation" Software

2017-07-03 Thread Josh Freed
Hey Liz,

I don't know of any online maps for specific selection but we have several
spaces that name zones of memberships or placements of offices. If you
would be interested, I would be happy to show you around Proximity Space
software. We are working with several incubators and have had great success
in connecting spaces around the country to each other.

Let me know if you would like to chat.

[Coworking] Re: How do you take payments?

2017-06-13 Thread Josh Freed
Kevin.

Would be happy to talk to you about how Grand Junction launched their
network 2 years before their space opened using the Proximity Space
network. We are actively helping pre-launch as well as vibrant communities
run the day to day. We own a network of spaces and those using our system
provide actionable feedback to make the network better. This entire concept
was just used for the State of Colorado Coworking 101 initiative, you can
read more about that here:
http://choosecolorado.com/programs-initiatives/colorado-blueprint/ . Feel
free to reach out and we can chat if you are interested.
