Currently been hanging for 2+ hours, waiting to continue. The only solution is to go in, remove the map from the collection, and go add it back in a day or two and then it downloads. Downloading the map from a separate location (such as CDN or FTP), even if originally sourced from Workshop (via another server or client), it still attempts to download and overwrite the copy that exists locally. We love Workshop because it allows client synchronization of maps and maplists without download or version conflicts but this issue is crippling our ability to use the service.
