Hi, on my Arms Race and Demolition server only 1 player can join :/ bot_quota is on 10 and bot_quota_mode fill. If i kick the bots 10 players can join. How can i fix this? If a player joins the server list shows only 1/1. And before he joined was 0/10. I deleted now the gamemodes.txt (cause i made there changes instead of the gamemodes_server.txt), restarted the server but the file was not downloaded by the server. May I ask if this is a new or upgraded version of the dedicated server? For us, the only way we've got round it is to disable bots all together. There seems to be a bug with the bots + how the player slots are presented in the server browser. Other possible fixes include deleting the gamemodes text file and get the server to re download the file. The key reason to run higher FPS is the render time. At 1000FPS, the server is rendering one frame every 1 millisecond (ms). At 300FPS it's only 3ms which is perfectly acceptable, but at 100FPS it's 10ms, which is a significant percentage of a 100 ping (10%). A player with a 100 ping would actually be getting 110ms response time from the server. Many AMD systems will only run 60FPS without the ping booster which is 17ms. This is still not too significant but it can change the feel and response time of your server for players. Then the server should not crash again ;) 2012/5/31 haeufi hae...@teamniederbayern.de Hi, I use linux for our server that is going well after joining with bots about 15 minutes until it is at 12/24 players. Since yesterday I have a little problem that soon or later it crashes (couldn´t find a reason for it yet). I don´t want to check it every 10 minutes, because there´s a real life outside, too, and i woult like to know whether there is any possibility to let it autorestart. At CS:S there was an autorestart-function but I think it doesn´t work for csgo at the moment.
